    摘要: A vapor chamber includes a first panel defining an evaporation region, a thermal insulation region and a condensation region, a second panel joined to the first panel to define an enclosed accommodation space therebetween, a capillary material disposed in the accommodation space, and a working fluid. The first panel has a plurality of first bumps disposed within the accommodation space and distributed in the evaporation region, the thermal insulation region and the condensation region and abutted against the capillary material. The capillary material has a hollow portion located in the thermal insulation region to expose a part of the first bumps. The second panel has a plurality of second bumps abutted against the first bumps in the hollow portion.

    摘要: A card connector capable of detecting card insertion includes a base frame, a cover member, and a plurality of terminals. The base frame is made of an insulated material. The cover member is made of electrically conductive material and is mounted onto the base frame, whereby a card chamber is formed between the cover member and the base frame. The terminals are mounted onto the base frame, extending into the card chamber. Among the terminals, a detectable terminal is insert-molded in the base frame and located at one side of the base frame. The detectable terminal includes a contact portion exposed outside. The cover member includes a tongue extending toward the detectable terminal therefrom. The tongue has a working portion extending into the card chamber and a touch portion corresponding to the contact portion. Therefore, the card connector is of convenient assembly to lessen the assembly time and the labor cost.

By means of the effect of the rear bearing portions of the pressure boards, the inserted memory card touches only the matching metal terminals and the other metal terminals that do not match are kept away from the inserted memory card, preventing damage.

    摘要: An LED and liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device assembly is composed of a liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device and at least one LED unit. The liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device includes a metal housing, a predetermined amount of liquid, and a capillary member. The LED unit includes an LED chip mounted to and electrically connected with the metal housing, an insulating board mounted to the surface of the metal housing, an electrode located on the insulating board, a wire having two ends connected with the LED chip and the electrode respectively, and a sealant fully encapsulating the wire and the LED chip and at least partially encapsulating the insulating board and the electrode. Accordingly, the heat generated by the LED chip can be directly conducted to the liquid-vapor heat-dissipating device and, such that the present invention has preferably thermally conductive/dissipating efficiency.

By means of the design that the diameter of the space surrounded by the wick structure in the condensing section is greater than that in the heat absorbing section, the heat pipe eliminates fluid accumulation and maintains excellent temperature uniformity.

    摘要: A thermal dissipating device includes a base, at least a heat pipe, a plurality of fins and a fan. The heat pipe is fixed on the base and has an end extending outwards. The fins are fitted to the heat pipe. The fan has an airflow entering side and an airflow exiting side along an airflow path. The fan is provided beside the fins and has the airflow entering side or the airflow exiting side facing gaps between the fins. The fins have hollow portions on edges proximal to the fan, and a buffer space is formed between the fins and the fan. Therefore, the buffer space increases a distance between the fins and the fan to reduce the resistance on the airflow entering the fins that may reduce the noise of the airflow of the fan.

The heat of the LED unit may be transmitted to the heat sink directly for heat transmission. The present invention provides a greater heat transmission efficiency.
