摘要: A computer-implemented method for predicting interchange charges includes: retrieving a historical transactions set, where each completed transaction in the set includes transaction features, a bank identification number (BIN), and a corresponding true interchange code; transforming all BINs in the set into a corresponding plurality of BIN features that comprise probabilities; creating a first training set including all transaction features, all pluralities of BIN features, and all true interchange codes associated with the historical transactions set; training a random forest model using the first training set and generating a second training set including rounded BIN features, rounded transaction features, discrete ones of the transaction features, and the true interchange codes; training the random forest model using the second training set to generate a trained random forest model for prediction of the interchange codes; and executing the trained random forest model for new transactions to generate corresponding predicted interchange codes.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for predicting a cropland data layer (CDL) for a current year includes: retrieving a first set of records from a historical CDL database, where the first set corresponds to sampled areas of a region taken over a period for a number of years; retrieving a second set of records from a historical imagery database, where the second set corresponds to the sampled areas of the region, the period, and the number of years; employing the second set as inputs to train a deep learning network to generate the first set; retrieving a third set of records from a current imagery database, where the third set corresponds to a prescribed region, and where the third set corresponds to the time period and the current year; and using the third set as inputs and executing the trained deep learning network to generate a predicted CDL for the current year.

摘要: A system for resource monitoring and engagement, the system comprising: a server, coupled to an internet, comprising: a meter reading processor, configured to communicate with a resource monitor that is disposed within radio range of resource meters that transmit radio signals indicative of meter identifiers and current readings, where the resource monitor: determines whether the radio signals are of a fixed frequency or frequency hopping transmission protocol by scanning each of a plurality of channels for a time period and counting hits of desired meter identifiers within the each of the plurality of channels; decodes the radio signals according to a determined transmission protocol to obtain corresponding meter identifiers and readings; and transmits the corresponding meter identifiers and readings over the internet, and where the meter reading processor creates and updates a corresponding plurality of records in a resource database that indicate resource consumption of corresponding facilities; and an engagement processor, that causes an alert to be transmitted based on analyses of the resource consumption to provide notification of an unusual pattern of resource consumption.

摘要: A method for agricultural land parcel valuation includes: accessing data for parcels within a prescribed region, the data comprising management practices, historical weather conditions, locations and topography, remote sense images, soil types, and crop types; assessing and ranking the management practices for each of the parcels; generating simulation inputs for the each of the parcels, where the simulation inputs comprise highest ranked management practices, the historical weather conditions, the locations and topography, the soil types, and the crop types; simulating crop growth for the each of the parcels over a prescribed number of previous years, where the simulating employs the simulation inputs provided by the generating; and employing selected outputs from the simulating to calculate agricultural metrics and a valuation corresponding to the each of the parcels, where the agricultural metrics and the valuation for the each of the parcels are expressed relative to all of the parcels within the prescribed region.

摘要: A system for automated origination of capital includes a rate processor, a revenue forecaster, and an offer processor. The rate processor generates prices for capital product offers to subscribers of a point-of-sale (POS) subscription service, where the prices are generated by employing probability of default (PD) values that are derived from historical POS data corresponding to each of the subscribers. The revenue forecaster employs the historical POS data to predict future POS data for establishments corresponding to the each of the subscribers and employs the future POS data to generate predicted total revenues corresponding to the each of the subscribers over a payback period. The offer processor generates and transmits the capital product offers corresponding to the each of the subscribers, where the capital product offers comprise the payback period, the prices, and maximum dollar amounts that are a percentage of the predicted total revenues.
