摘要： A downhole source of electrical power for drilling tools is driven by the rotation of a drillstring or, if the drillstring is not rotating, by the rotation of a drilling sub. The source consists of an alternator having a rotor made up of a series of coils that are mounted on, and spaced around the circumference of, a rotating drilling sub, and a stator made up of a multiplicity of permanent magnets also spaced around the circumference of the drilling sub. The stator is mounted on the drilling sub by means of bearings and incorporates a counterweight that holds the rotor relatively stationary with respect to the sub and with respect to the coils, so that rotation of the sub, either by rotation of the drillstring or by rotation of a drill motor in the drilling sub, produces relative rotation of the rotor and stator to generate an AC electrical output. The rotor and stator surround an axial fluid passage through the center of the alternator so that they do not impede the flow of the drilling fluid, and the motor is totally sealed to prevent damage to the bearings. The alternator stator is an annular permanent magnet structure which surrounds the drilling axis, and which may include two sets of rare earth disc magnets spaced axially to form an axial gap, with the counterweight holding the magnets stationary with respect to the alternator coils. The coil structure is also annular and also surrounds the drilling axis, with the coil structure preferably including two sets of offset coils positioned to rotate in the gap between the permanent magnets. The two sets of coils make up a two-phase system; if desired, a single set of coils may be used to provide a single-phase system.

摘要： A system comprises alternative processing sections for use in the further processing of products. A separator, at which a transport section is divided into several alternative transport sections for the further processing of products in processing stages, is provided. A sensor, that detects the phasing of the products, is located upstream of the separator. A request from the sensor acts on a drive which actuates the separator through a control device. A further sensor, which detects the product phasing, is located on each of the at least two transport sections. This further sensor is connected to a drive for the processing stage served by respective ones of the separate transport sections. The drive of each such processing stage is controlled independently of the drive for the respective transport section by a suitable control unit which takes into consideration the detected product phasing for the associated transport section.

摘要： A cylinder, having a cylindrical body which is rotatable about a cylinder axis of rotation, is usable to process flat material. At least one group of a plurality of tools are distributed around the periphery of the cylinder body in a homogeneous manner. These tools are able to perform a working movement with respect to the cylindrical body and are coupled to a control device which effects that working movement. A first cam plate is traced by the control device of each tool group. A rotatable cover disk is also traced by the control device of each tool group. The cover plate is rotatable and is coupled, for its rotation, to the rotation of the cylinder. The cam plate has a peripheral section that controls the tool working movement, in cooperation with the control device. The control section covers a maximum of 1/n of the periphery of the cam plate, where n is a whole number integer equal to, or larger than 2, in addition to a section that does not control the working movement of the tool group and which constitutes the rest of the cam plate periphery. The cover disk includes a first group of sections of different radii, which are traced by the control device, and which control device also traces the sections of the cam disk during the rotations of the cylinder body. At least one of those cover disk sections has a first radius which enables cooperation between the control device and the cover disk section. At least one other of the sections has a second radius which blocks such cooperation. At least one second group of sectors is also provided on the cover disk and is arranged between two sections of the first group of sectors. The radii of the first sectors and the second sectors are not the same.

摘要： An injection molding machine includes an injection pot with an injection nozzle and a side casting port for feeding a material into the pot. The tip part of a plunger disposed in the pot is formed in such as shape that the tip part of the injection pot can be generally filled with the material after an injection is completed. A fitting part pressingly cuts off the material from the feeder by allowing a boundary part between the plunger body and its tip to be formed at a corresponding part between the injection pot body and its tip part.
