摘要: A medical insertion mechanism is provided and includes a base, a needle holder slidably disposed on the base, a needle disposed on the needle holder, a cannula holder arranged at a position corresponding to the needle holder and at least partially disposed inside the needle, a cannula disposed on the cannula holder, a pivoting assembly pivotally disposed on the base, a lever movably disposed on the base and movably engaged with the pivoting assembly, an actuator disposed on the base, and a driving component for driving the pivoting assembly to pivot when the actuator slides to disengage from the pivoting assembly. When the pivoting assembly pivots, the lever drives the needle holder to slide along an insertion direction and then along a retraction direction, so as to insert the cannula into the patient's body. Besides, a medical device having the aforementioned medical insertion mechanism is also provided.

The holder includes a first surface and a second surface perpendicular to the first surface. The image sensing device is mounted on the first surface and includes an electrical connecting component. The conducting track is formed from the first surface to the second surface of the holder and electrically connected to the electrical connecting component. The cable is mounted on the second surface. A terminal of the cable is electrically connected to the electrical connecting component of the image sensing device by the conducting track. The lens set is assembled with the image sensing device. An optical axis of the lens set is parallel to an extending direction of the cable. Furthermore, a related endoscopic device is provided.

摘要: A surface mounted assembly is provided and includes a surface mounted device, a cable and a circuit board. The circuit board includes a first outer side and a second outer side opposite to first outer side, and a conductive hole structure. The cable is inserted into the conductive hole structure from the first outer side of the circuit board and affixed with and electrically connected to the conductive hole structure to locate a terminal of the cable between the first outer side and the second outer side of the circuit board. 摘要: An endoscopy system including a flexible insertion tube, a motion sensing module and a processor is provided. The flexible insertion tube has a central axis. The motion sensing module includes a housing, patterns and sensors. The patterns are disposed at a surface of the flexible insertion tube according to an axial orientation distribution and an angle distribution based on the central axis. The sensors are disposed in the housing and located beside a guiding hole of the housing. The processor is disposed in the housing. During relative motion of the flexible insertion tube with respect to the motion sensing module via the guiding hole, the sensors are configured to sense a motion state of the patterns so as to obtain a motion-state sensing result. The processor determines insertion depth information and insertion tube rotating angle information according to the motion-state sensing result, the axial orientation distribution and the angle distribution.
