    摘要: Methods and apparatus for producing virtual concerts or other online collaborative events. One or more musicians or other presenters or contributors at disparate geolocations transmit continuums of audio and/or image data as well as synchronization data continuums. Digital processing may be used to superimpose musicians or other presenters or contributors onto a virtual background (such as a concert stage or other virtual environment). Audio and video feeds from multiple musicians or other presenters or contributors may be synchronized to give the appearance of each being on the same stage in a 2D, 3D or virtual reality (VR) environment. Multiple continuums of audio data may be transmitted at different speeds and quality in order to allow musicians, presenters or other contributors to remain synchronized while a remote production studio receives high quality data transmissions for generation of a combinative, immersive, multi-dimensional end user audio/visual experience.

    摘要: A method for blocking unwanted calls has been provided. The includes intercepting a call being routed from a calling device to a receiving device. The intercepting occurs prior to the call being presented to the receiving device for an answer. The method further determines further routing of the intercepted call by comparing parameters of the intercepted call to one or more lists. If it is determined that the call should be authenticated, the method sends an authentication challenge to the calling device. If a response is received to the authentication challenge, the method determines whether the response is correct. If the response is correct, the method routes the call to the receiving device.

    摘要: An enhanced collaboration system makes it possible for viewers of post-original video presentations to collaborate online with others who are viewing the same video presentation at the same time. A collaborate room controller establishes and maintains sets of online collaboration sessions for the post-original video presentation with each collaboration session being associated with a particular time slot in the presentation. Typically, a viewer is assigned to a collaboration session that is associated with the user's current view point; i.e., the presentation time slot the user is currently viewing. A graphical user interface conveys information about existing collaboration sessions to the user to assist the user in selecting an appropriate collaboration session.

    摘要: Encoders and methods for designing encoders for Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) and other block codes are presented. An efficient and systematic method for designing partially parallel encoders is presented. A parallelism factor is selected such that the end result for the encoder is similar to the partially parallel G matrix multiplication method. In addition to the method an initial circuit is given for the G matrix multiplication encoder and the RU encoder. A circuit for the hybrid encoder is presented which achieves less power consumption and smaller area than an equivalent encoder based on the G matrix multiplication with a smaller critical path than previous encoders.

Stencil apparatus can be used to create a design on the tooth using a covering compound.
