摘要: Provided is a semiconductor device in which generation of a parasitic channel in an end region of an oxide semiconductor film is suppressed. The semiconductor device includes a gate electrode, an oxide semiconductor film, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and a channel region formed in the oxide semiconductor film. The channel region is formed between a first side surface of the source electrode and a second side surface of the drain electrode opposite to the first side surface. The oxide semiconductor film has an end region which does not overlap with the gate electrode. The end region which does not overlap with the gate electrode is positioned between a first region that is the nearest to one end of the first side surface and a second region that is the nearest to one end of the second side surface.

摘要: Casing members of an electrical junction box are provided in their sidewalls with openings for receiving a connector housing for lateral connection, respectively in order to provide an electrical junction box in which the position of a connector housing for lateral connection to be provided on a sidewall of a casing can be changed, thereby sharing the electrical junction box with different specifications of vehicles. The lateral connector housing is detachably secured to the openings. The lateral connector housing is adapted to receive a connector. A closing lid is detachably secured to the openings in the case where the connector is not connected to the housing. The openings are provided symmetrically in the right and left sidewalls of the casing members. Internal circuits are contained in the casing members. Some internal circuits adjacent the openings are formed into symmetrically same configurations and disposed symmetrically in the casing members. This enables the electrical junction box to be shared with a symmetrical arrangement in a specification of a vehicle.

摘要: An electrical connector housing includes a first shell, the top face of which carries connector mounts, fuse mounts and relay mounts. It further includes a second shell, the bottom face of which carries second connector mounts. The second shell is then fitted to the first shell. The electrical connector housing contains a bus bar stack, first and second flexible printed boards and a printed board. 摘要: An electrical connection box for an automotive vehicle is provided which reduces costs for parts by allowing only printed circuit boards with necessary electronic control circuits to be selectively mounted. The electrical connection box has a plurality of partition members 3 integrally and projectingly formed on a side surface of a casing 1, i.e. an inner surface of an accommodation space 2 at specified intervals. The respective partition members 3 extend from the upper surface to the lower surface of the casing 1 and the leading ends thereof project sideways. Printed circuit boards 4a, 4b, 4c are inserted into spaces between neighboring partition members 4a, 4b, 4c. On each of the printed circuit boards 4a, 4b, 4c are mounted a variety of electronic devices such as a relay, a diode and a capacitor constituting an electronic control circuit. In such an electrical connection box, only the printed circuit boards 4a, 4b, 4c having the necessary electronic control circuits mounted according to a vehicle type can be selectively accommodated in the accommodation space 2. Therefore, there are no unused electronic control circuits and, a cost for parts can be reduced.

摘要: The light use efficiency of a thin film diode is improved even when the semiconductor layer of the diode has a small thickness, thereby improving the light detection sensitivity of the diode. Further, a short circuit between the electrodes of the thin film diode via the light-blocking layer is prevented. A thin film diode (130) having a first semiconductor layer (131) including, at least, an n-type region (131n) and a p-type region (131p) is provided on one side of a substrate (101), and a light-blocking layer (160) is provided between the substrate and the first semiconductor layer. A metal oxide layer (180) is provided on the side of the light-blocking layer facing the first semiconductor layer. Asperities are provided on the side of the metal oxide layer facing the first semiconductor layer, and the first semiconductor layer has a geometry of asperities conforming with the asperities on the metal oxide layer.

摘要: An electrical junction box is adapted to be set in a conductivity inspection device. The conductivity inspection device includes a sensing pin assembly and guide pins, the guide pins extending beyond the sensing pin assembly. The electrical junction box includes a casing including a containing section and at least two guide holes formed in a surface wall of the casing, the guide holes being spaced away from each other by a given distance. The casing is shaped such that when the electric junction box is set in the conductivity inspection device, the guide pins are inserted into the guide holes before the sensing pin assembly is inserted into the containing section.
