    摘要: A rotational motor includes a stator formed by a core member including: a magnetic core portion extending in a radial direction of the rotational motor and formed into a fixed shape in every cross section thereof extending orthogonally relative to the radial direction, a coil wound around the magnetic core portion to form a plurality of layers and an engagement member engaging with the coil. A gap is generated between windings of the coil at a predetermined position when an uppermost layer winding portion of the coil is wound in series with a second layer winding portion from an outer side to an inner side of the uppermost layer winding portion in the radial direction. The coil is wound to fill the gap when a winding position of the coil is returned from an innermost side to the outer side of the uppermost layer winding portion in the radial direction.

The conductive wire is formed by a single wire and of which a winding start point and a winding end point are provided at an end portion of the first coil portion at a side opposite from a side where the partition wall is provided.

    摘要: A webbed spiral bevel gear formed by cold forging includes: gear teeth formed at a peripheral surface of the gear basis to be integral therewith. Each gear tooth includes a tooth top land and a tooth bottom land both in a slanting and curved manner relative to a center axis of the gear basis. The webbed spiral bevel gear includes a web portion formed at radially outer end portions of the gear teeth to be integral therewith and closing the tooth bottom lands at the radially outer end portions of the gear teeth. The web portion is continuous with the radially outer end portions of the tooth top lands. A profile of the radially outer end portion of the tooth top land of each gear tooth has two edges extending at a slant from each other and expanding in a direction of the web portion.

    摘要: A laminated core having a first number of magnetic poles, the first number being a natural number divided by two, of a rotary electric machine, includes a plurality of arc-shaped unit cores each having a second number of magnetic poles, the second number being a natural number except for an aliquot part of the first number. The unit cores are wound and laminated a predetermined number of times in a circumferential direction into a spiral shape in such a manner that an axial lamination amount of the unit cores is obtained by an equation of X=θ*t/360, X being the axial lamination amount, θ being a winding angle of the unit cores, and t being a thickness of the unit core. The unit cores are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction connected to each other at a part of an outer circumference thereof.

    摘要: This invention aims to provide a method of lapping a bevel gear effectively by placing a gear-shaped tool whose axis has the same relation with the axis of the bevel gear as those of hypoid gears. In a double mode, gear-shaped tools are placed whose axes lie in a position offset with respect to the axes of the first gear and the second gear and have the same relation as those of hypoid gears. The first gear is engaged with one gear-shaped tool and the second gear is engaged with the other gear-shaped tool, while lapping liquid is supplied to engaging portions, thereby lapping engaging surfaces of toothed portions of the first gear and the second gear.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for dressing a hone of a honing wheel which is used for honing a gear to be finished. A dressing tool is brought into contact with the honing wheel under a predetermined constant contact pressure and during the reciprocal feed of the dressing tool. The amount of the contact pressure is maintained constant so as to gradually increase the in-feed of the honing wheel. This is useful in decreasing the number of transverse feeds of the dressing tool.
