    摘要: A packet switching system having a matrix switch including input packet transfer buses and output packet transfer buses. Transfer buffers or gates are provided at cross points of the input and output packet transfer buses. An input packet is supplied to the matrix switch through a transfer control circuit, and an output packet from the matrix switch is output through the transfer control circuit. The input packet is permitted to be applied to the matrix switch so that each of the output packet transfer buses has only one packet during one packet transfer cycle.

    摘要: A loop transmission system and a method of controlling the loop-back condition thereof. The loop transmission system comprises a plurality of node stations, a supervisory station, and two duplicate loop transmission lines which transmit signals in opposite directions. In the loop transmission system, the supervisory station first sends out loop-back commands via both of the duplicate loop transmission lines when faults are detected on both of the duplicate loop transmission lines at the same time. Each of the node stations establishes a loop-back path while retaining a connection path to a succeeding node station upon the receipt of a loop-back command. The loop-back path is released only in the node stations which receive signals normally from both of the duplicate loop transmission lines when the supervisory station sends release commands to the node stations after sending the loopback commands.

    摘要: An analysis method for carrying out an analysis for responses of a computer system including a plurality of servers, includes: obtaining data concerning a CPU utilization ratio of each of the plurality of servers from the computer system, and storing the data concerning the CPU utilization ratio into a CPU utilization ratio storage; obtaining processing history data generated in the computer system, generating data of a request frequency by users of the computer system, and storing the processing history data into a request frequency data storage; and estimating an average delay time in each server by using the CPU utilization ratio of each server, which is stored in the CPU utilization ratio storage, and the request frequency stored in the request frequency data storage, and storing the estimated average delay time into a server delay time storage. By carrying out such a processing, the analysis can be carried out without changing the computer system to be analyzed and any additional cost.

    摘要: A network repeater apparatus connected to a plurality of networks is provided which includes a VLAN tag addition section (15) or a VLAN tag rewrite section (17) that performs prescribed VLAN tag processing with respect to a communication packet based on prescribed information of the communication packet when the communication packet is input from any one among a plurality of networks, an address translation section (16) that translates a source address of the communication packet based on the prescribed information, and an input and output section (11) that outputs to a prescribed virtual network a communication packet which has been subjected to at least either one of processing by the VLAN tag addition section (15) or the VLAN tag rewrite section (17) or address translation by the address translation part (16), whereby access can be made to a common device while ensuring security between the networks.
