摘要: A mobile communications system including one or more mobile communications devices and a mobile communications network, the mobile communications network including a radio network part and a core network part and being configured to communicate data packets to and/or from mobile communications devices. Data packets can be communicated to or received from the mobile communications devices using either a broadband packet network or a dedicated messaging network. The dedicated messaging network is arranged to communicate short data grams more efficiently than larger data communications. Therefore by selecting either the dedicated messaging network or the broadband network as a function of content of the data packet a more efficient use of available communications resources and hardware resources is realized.

摘要: A leaf skimming apparatus includes an elongate pole having first and second ends and defining a tubular configuration. A handle is positioned adjacent the pole first end. A scoop assembly is coupled to the housing second end, the scoop assembly having lower and upper scoop portions pivotally movable between open and closed configurations. A manually operable trigger is attached to the housing adjacent to the handle, the trigger being operatively connected to the scoop assembly and configured to selectively move the lower and upper scoop portions between the open and closed configurations. A linkage is situated in the housing that is operatively connected to the trigger and to the scoop assembly and configured to move the lower and upper scoop portions between the open and closed configurations upon respective operations of the trigger.

摘要: A method and system for liquid dispensing provides an additive to a base liquid in a container. The additive may be enclosed by an additive bladder that is contained in a container cap and supported by a retaining element having an additive dispensing hole. When the cap is screwed down, a concave element in the cap may press the additive bladder and dispense the additive.

摘要: A method and system for liquid dispensing provides an additive to a base liquid in a container. The additive may be enclosed by an additive bladder that is contained in a container cap and supported by a retaining element having an additive dispensing hole. When the cap is screwed down, a convex element in the cap may press the additive bladder and dispense the additive. The cap may then be removed and may be configured to internally retain the retaining element and the emptied additive bladder. In certain instances, the additive bladder may be omitted from the method and system.

摘要: The invention provides a call center communication system to handle calls to a call center by obtaining absolute address for a call center resource from a call center resource processor prior to directing the call to the call center resource. The invention includes a first communication system that receives and processes the initial signal to select a call center resource processor and generates and transmits an address query for the call center resource processor. After receiving an address response including an absolute address for the call, the first communication system processes the address response to generate route information to cause a second communication system to route the call to a call center resource in call packets containing the absolute address. The first communication system transmits the route information including the absolute address for the second communication system. After receiving the call through the first communication system, the second communication system routes the call packets including the absolute address for the call center resource. At the call center resource, no translation of the call is needed to direct the call to the call's final destination. Therefore, complex routing equipment at the call center resource can be eliminated. Because the absolute address is identified at the call center resource processor, the invention may also transmit service data over the same communications equipment as the call from the network element system to the call center resource. Separate communications equipment at the call center resource for service data can be eliminated.
