    摘要: Provided herein is an apparatus for detecting vibrations in a machine tool having a rotor portion (2) which is provided with tool members (5) and defines an axis of rotation (2a), the apparatus comprising a sensor assembly (3) which is able to rotate together with the rotor portion (2) and is designed to issue signals correlated to the vibrations, and a supporting and amplification device (6) for supporting the sensor assembly (3) and for amplifying the vibrations, which is set between the sensor assembly (3) and the rotor portion (2) and has a rotational asymmetry about the axis of rotation (2a) for any angle smaller than a full circle.

    摘要: A precision sensor assembly for rotating members in a machine tool comprises a rotor unit (16) rigidly fixed to a rotor portion (2a) of the machine tool and including a sensor (5) for detecting vibrations produced by the operation of the machine tool, the sensor (5) comprising a piezoelectric sensitive element (6) and members (7, 8) for mechanical amplification of the vibrations. The members (7, 8) comprise at least one resonant system composed of an elastic element (8) and a counter-mass (7) acting on the piezoelectric sensitive element (6). The rotor and stator units (16, 17) comprise inductively coupled transmitting and receiving elements (10, 11) for transferring the signals from the piezoelectric element (6) contactless to the stator unit (17). The stator unit (17) may include an electric amplifier (13) for further amplifying the transmitted signals.

    摘要: A precision sensor assembly for rotating members in a machine tool comprises a rotor unit (16) rigidly fixed to a rotor portion (2a) of the machine tool and including a sensor (5) for detecting vibrations produced by the operation of the machine tool, the sensor (5) comprising a piezoelectric sensitive element (6) and members (7, 8) for mechanical amplification of the vibrations.     摘要: It is provided a drive and control device for a grinding machine of the type comprising a rotatable abrasive wheel (2), translating members (3) of the wheel (3) with respect to a rotating piece (4) to be ground, and restoring means (5) to reset the wheel (2) comprising a diamond-resetting member (6) and a balancing member (7), the device comprising sensor members (10) adapted to detect the piece roundness and electronic means (19) adapted to generate actuating signals (23) of the restoring means (5), in the presence of a roundness of the piece (4) different from a predetermined roundness. The process consists in grinding the piece and simultaneously measuring the piece diameter until achievement of a predetermined diameter, detecting the piece roundness, and operating said restoring means in interlocked relationship with the detected roundness.
