    Abstract: A method for easy holding of a trash bag in a container: It consists of at least one retainer set and a container having an open end. Each retainer set consists of at least two magnetically coupled pieces which can engage or disengage with each other, with one of the two pieces attached rigidly to an outside portion of the container. Place a portion of a trash bag inside the container with the outside portion of the trash bag folded down along the trash can wall. Engage the two magnetically coupled pieces to fold part of the trash bag around them. The folding(s) reduces the force needed to hold the trash bag in place at the coupling portion of the two retainer pieces. The apparatus can be easily operated with one hand.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of using the disappearance of a laser projection for the parking of a vehicle. Project a laser beam onto an object inside a garage directly or through a reflector so that the projection is visible to a vehicle driver. The laser beam is set up in such a manner that its path is just blocked by a correctly parked vehicle. When one drives a vehicle to this location, the laser beam is blocked and the earlier visible projection disappears, telling the driver to stop. This set up allows the driver to park the vehicle at the correct location repeatedly.

    Abstract: An ammonia-free method of depositing silicon nitride by way of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). Source gases of silane (SiH4) and nitrogen (N2) are provided to a parallel-plate plasma reactor, in which energy is capacitively coupled to the plasma, and in which the wafer being processed has been placed at a support electrode. Low-frequency RF energy (e.g., 360 kHz) is applied to the support electrode; high-frequency RF energy (e.g., 13.56 MHz) is optionally provided to the parallel electrode. Process temperature is above 350° C., at a pressure of about 2.5 torr. Any hydrogen present in the resulting silicon nitride film is bound by N—H bonds rather than Si—H bonds, and is thus more strongly bound to the film. The silicon nitride can serve as passivation for ferroelectric material that may degrade electrically if contaminated by hydrogen.

    Abstract: An apparatus for easy holding of a trash bag in a container: It comprises of a) a holder made of two magnetically coupled pieces which can engage or disengage with each other; and b) a container, having an open end, with one of the two holding pieces attached rigidly to an outside portion of the container. When placing a portion of a trash bag inside the container with part of the outside portion being captured by the two holding pieces in the coupled state, the trash bag is consequently folded around the rim of the container and around the two magnetically coupled pieces. The resulting total folding angle of the trash bag is greater than 210° which greatly reduces the force needed to hold a heavy trash bag at the coupling section of the two holding pieces. The apparatus can be easily operated with one hand.

    Abstract: A method for forming an integrated circuit having multiple gate oxide thicknesses is disclosed herein. The circuit (10) is processed up to gate oxide formation. A first gate dielectric (20) is formed. Next, a disposable layer (22) is formed over the first gate dielectric (20). The disposable layer (22) comprises a material that may be removed selectively with respect to silicon and the gate dielectric, such as germanium. If desired, a second dielectric layer (24) may be formed over the disposable layer (22). A pattern (26) is then formed exposing areas (14) of the circuit where a thinner gate dielectric is desired. The second dielectric layer (24), if it is present, and the disposable layer (22) are removed from the exposed areas. The pattern (26) is then removed. Following pre-gate cleaning, the second gate dielectric (30) is formed. The remaining portions of the disposable layer (22) may be removed either prior to, during, or after the second gate dielectric formation (30).
