    摘要: A computer-implemented method for training of a machine learning model for determining a confidence value during at least one test cycle of a vision testing procedure is disclosed. The confidence value is designated to determine at least one action in at least one subsequent test cycle of the vision testing procedure. Further, a trained machine learning model, a computer program having instructions for training of the machine learning model and a training apparatus are disclosed. Additionally, a computer-implemented method for performing the vision testing procedure on a person, a computer program having instructions for performing the vision testing procedure, a vision test apparatus, and a method for producing a geometrical model of at least one spectacle lens for manufacturing of at least one spectacle lens are disclosed.

    摘要: A blocking piece for vacuum blocking a lens blank is disclosed. The blocking piece includes a blank contacting element formed of a rigid fluid-permeable material having an upper surface for contacting the lens blank. The blocking piece further includes a support element having an upper part tightly enclosing the blank contacting element on a peripheral surface of the blank contacting element and a lower part adapted to engage with a clamping device for clamping the blocking piece. The lens blank is fixed to the upper surface of the blank contacting element by applying a vacuum within the blocking piece to provide suction through essentially the entire upper surface of the blank contacting element. The disclosure further relates to a method for blocking a lens blank and a use of an element formed of a rigid fluid-permeable material as a part of a blocking piece.

    摘要: A method, a computer program, and a device for determining at least one astigmatic effect of at least one eye of a person are disclosed, as well as a related method for producing at least one spectacle lens for the at least one eye of the person. The method for determining the astigmatic effect includes:

    a) displaying an image to an eye of the person, the image including a line with a plurality of sections, wherein an orientation of each section with respect to an optical axis of the image differs from each other, respectively;
    b) recording a reaction of the person to the image at at least one point in time; and
    c) determining at least one value for at least one astigmatic effect of at least one eye of the person by evaluating the at least one reaction of the person at the point in time.

    摘要: A coating of spectacle lenses is applied by physical vapor deposition (PVD). A method for physical vapor deposition includes: providing a crucible containing a first evaporation material and a second evaporation material, wherein the first evaporation material has a first vapor pressure and the second evaporation material has a second vapor pressure different from the first vapor pressure. A ratio of an exposed surface of the first evaporation material and an exposed surface of the second evaporation material in the crucible is adapted to counterbalance the difference in vapor pressure between the first and the second evaporation material. Concurrent evaporation of the first evaporation material and the second evaporation material from the same crucible take place. The disclosure further relates to a crucible for physical vapor deposition and a physical vapor deposition system in particular for coating an optical surface such as a spectacle lens.
