Abstract:
Disclosed herein are methods, compositions and tools for repairing articular surfaces repair materials and for repairing an articular surface. The articular surface repairs are customizable or highly selectable by patient and geared toward providing optimal fit and function. The surgical tools are designed to be customizable or highly selectable by patient to increase the speed, accuracy and simplicity of performing total or partial arthroplasty.
Abstract:
Methods and devices for correcting wear pattern defects in joints. The methods and devices described herein allow for the restoration of correcting abnormal biomechanical loading conditions in a joint brought on by wear pattern defects, and also can, in embodiments, permit correction of proper kinematic movement.
Abstract:
Various patient-specific tibial guide housings, patient-specific tibial guide boxes, and methods of resecting the tibial plateau are disclosed herein.
Abstract:
A method of preparing an interpositional implant suitable for a knee. The method includes determining a three-dimensional shape of a tibial surface of the knee. An implant is produced having a superior surface and an inferior surface, with the superior surface adapted to be positioned against a femoral condyle of the knee, and the inferior surface adapted to be positioned upon the tibial surface of the knee. The inferior surface conforms to the three-dimensional shape of the tibial surface. The implant may be inserted into the knee without making surgical cuts on the tibial surface. The tibial surface may include cartilage, or cartilage and bone.
Abstract:
Patient-adapted articular repair systems, including implants, instruments, and surgical plans, and methods of making and using such systems, are disclosed herein. In particular, various embodiments include knee joint articular repair systems designed for posterior stabilization, including patient-adapted posterior-stabilizing features.

Abstract:
Improved assessment probes and measuring tools, systems, procedures and methods to facilitate the selection and/or implantation of prosthetic joint components, and assist a surgeon or medical practitioner with the proper assessment, balancing and/or restoration of natural and/or desired joint kinematics during a joint replacement procedure.
Abstract:
Improved and/or patient-adapted surgical implants, tools, methods and procedures to assist with the repair and/or replacement of shoulder joints, including the preparation of the glenoid/scapula and/or humeral bones for prosthetic components are disclosed herein.
