摘要: Computer aided design software for designing a building or other structure of brick construction, where in addition to the usual three dimensional modelling and rendering typical of CAD software, tabular data describing the spatial location and orientation of each brick is provided, including information regarding which bricks are cut to length so as to be shortened, and where they are located along each course, and which bricks are machined, drilled or routed for services or other special fittings. Data pertaining to this is compiled in a database for access by control software to control a brick laying machine to build a building or other structure from bricks. The database may receive via interface with a scanner data being a measure of the elevation of the footings and/or concrete pad that has been constructed according to the building plan and for each brick of the first course, to determine how much material must be machined off the bottom of each brick so that when the first course is laid, the tops of the bricks of the first course are at the same level. This machining data is stored for each brick with the tabular data produced by computer aided design software, so that the control software can control the brick laying machine to machine and cut each brick as per the stored data, and convey each brick to the stored position on the footing, pad or previously laid course of bricks, with application of adhesive prior to positioning of the brick.

摘要: A method includes executing a simulating application to perform a first simulation of liquid sloshing in a hull onboard a vehicle subject to dynamics and operational parameters to produce a first prediction of loads and stresses on a portion of the hull that in a design of the liquid container, but not in a first computer geometric model of the hull, has a component of the components integrated or assembled thereto. A second computer geometric model of the portion of the hull with the component is generated and the first prediction of loads and stresses are applied thereto. The method includes executing the simulating application to perform a second simulation subject to the dynamics and operational parameters to produce a second prediction of loads and stresses on the component. The second prediction of loads and stresses on the component are output for certification of the design.

摘要: This application discloses a computing system to identify a stage of a logic pipeline described in a circuit design that, when implemented in configurable hardware, spans between partitions in the configurable hardware. The computing system can modify the circuit design to alter a timing for logic operations in the logic pipeline, which reduces slack in at least one stage in the logic pipeline adjacent to the identified stage in the logic pipeline. The computing system can utilize the slack reduced from at least one of the stages adjacent to the identified stage to increase a clock frequency in the configurable hardware or increase a time available for propagation delay associated with the identified stage. The computing system can generate a configuration for the configurable hardware that implements the logic pipeline with the altered timing in the configurable hardware.

The techniques can additionally include determining the one or more stresses imparted to the simulated vehicle component of the vehicle.

摘要: An automated method is disclosed that classifies a first component and a second component of a roof with data points being part of, or extracted from at least one image. The first component and the second component have a ridge, at least one eave parallel to the ridge and a rectangular base. Evidence of a soft constraint and a hard constraint is identified via the data points and such evidence is associated with the first component and the second component. At least one hypothesis model of the roof is generated using relationships between the first component and the second component, the soft constraint and the hard constraint. The hypothesis model is transformed into a three dimensional model, and the three dimensional model is used to generate a roof report of the roof.

The method also includes initiating one or more processes in a cloud for the processing request. Resources of the cloud are allocated based at least partially on requirements of the processing request and launch specifications. The product design computer is located remotely from the cloud, and the channel translates data between the one or more processes and the product design computer. The method also include outputting a result of the one or more processes to a requester associated with the process request.

摘要: An approach is described for implementing a GUI that provides a user interface for reviewing and correcting design rule violations within a CAD program. According to some embodiments, a user may enter a serial review process which may utilize contextual information to determine where to start that review process. Further, the serial review process may enable the user to review rule violations in an individual manner for a respective object. Furthermore, a dynamic directional violation identifier may be used to identify additional errors in the direction of movement, such as by processing a set of rules and parameters with respect to objects in the direction of movement. The serial review process and the dynamic directional violation identification may be combined in a single process such that as violations are reviewed, and corrections are attempted, they may be verified to determine if they generate additional violations.
