摘要: Provided are an electrolytic copper foil, an electrode and a lithium-ion cell comprising the same. The electrolytic copper foil has a first surface and a second surface, which are analyzed by grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD), and each have an intensity of a characteristic peak of (111) plane denoted by I1, an intensity of a characteristic peak of (200) plane denoted by I2, an intensity of a characteristic peak of (220) plane denoted by I3, an FWHM of the characteristic peak of (111) plane denoted by W1, and an FWHM of the characteristic peak of (200) plane denoted by W2. The first and second surfaces each have a ratio of (I1+I2)/(I1+I2+I3) of 0.83 or more and a value of (W1+W2) of 0.80° or less. By controlling the features, it can improve the corrosion resistance of the electrolytic copper foil and further increase the safety of the lithium-ion cell.

The EVOH resin particle composition includes: a first EVOH resin particle having a surface core void volume (Vvc) of 0.002˜14 μm3/μm2; and a second EVOH resin particle having a surface core void volume (Vvc) of 0.010˜48 μm3/μm2. This can improve the thermoformability of EVOH compositions.

The EVOH resin particle composition includes: a first EVOH resin particle having a surface valley void volume (Vvv) of 0.00003˜2 μm3/μm2; and a second EVOH resin particle having a surface valley void volume (Vvv) of 0.00005˜10 μm3/μm2. This can improve thickness uniformity, oxygen transmission rate and stretchability of the film made by the EVOH resin particle compositions.

摘要: Provided are an electrolytic copper foil, an electrode and a lithium-ion cell comprising the same. The electrolytic copper foil has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. An absolute difference of the FWHM of the characteristic peaks of (111) planes of the first surface and the second surface analyzed by GIXRD is less than 0.14, the first and the second surfaces each have a nanoindentation hardness of 0.3 GPa to 3.0 GPa, and the yield strength of the electrolytic copper foil is more than 230 MPa. By controlling the absolute difference of the FWHM of the characteristic peaks of (111) plane of these two surfaces, the nanoindentation hardness of these two surfaces and the yield strength, the electrolytic copper foil can have improved tolerance to the repeated charging and discharging and reduced warpage, thereby improving the yield rate and value of the lithium-ion cell.

摘要: The present invention relates to an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition, a single-layer film and a multilayer structure containing the same. Said ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition includes an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, an antioxidant, and a fluorine-containing compound; and the ratio of the antioxidant content to the fluorine content is 0.5 to 65. Thereby, the film containing said ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer composition not only has good heat resistance, but also can avoid the situation that a large number of gels are generated during the preparation process.

摘要: A polymer film and laminated glass manufactured using the polymer film. The polymer film includes a first and second layer, and a third layer disposed between the first and second layers, and the two surfaces of the third layer are in contact with the first and second layers, respectively. The surface of the first layer that is not in contact with the third layer is a first surface, and the surface of the second layer not in contact with the third layer is a second surface, wherein the first surface has a void volume (Vv) value at a material ratio of 10% ranging from 3 μm3/μm2 to 30 μm3/μm2 and a dale void volume (Vvv) at a material ratio of 80% less than 2 μm3/μm2, and the ratio of the maximum pit height (Sv) of the first surface to the thickness of the first layer is 0.2 or less.
