A carrying apparatus capable of quickly moving a positioning platform carried by it is provided with a positioning platform at the top thereof and a support base at the bottom thereof. The carrying apparatus is defined with at least one sliding way, and the positioning platform is provided with a plurality of wheels which is in rolling contact with the sliding way of the carrying apparatus, so as to make the positioning platform move in the sliding way of the carrying apparatus quickly.

An origin microadjustment mechanism for a linear motor is assembled on a stator of the linear motor and comprises a load bearing member fixed to a sensing member and two positioning seats. The load bearing member is movably passed through the positioning seats, and the positioning seats are fixed to the stator, so as to adjust the position of the sensing member relative to the stator.

A double-acting buffer module includes a sliding member having a front end slidably receiving a pressing shaft and a rear end slidably received in an installing member. Therein, a first elastic member is provided between the pressing shaft and the sliding member while a second elastic member is provided between the sliding member and the installing member so that the pressing shaft and the sliding member perform a two-stage buffer movement in the installing member.

The first displacement module includes a carrying member, at least one active linear module and at least one passive linear module. The active linear module and the passive linear module of the first displacement are parallel and opposite each other and are both disposed on the carrying member of the first displacement module. The second displacement module includes a carrying member, at least one active linear module and at least one passive linear module. The carrying member of the second displacement module is disposed on the active linear module and the passive linear module of the first displacement module. A preloading and flex resistant support board for a mechanical machine comprises a support board body and at least one preloading bar. The support board body is formed with at one preloading groove in the side subjected to the compressive stress. The preloading groove is provided with two resisting surfaces. The preloading bar is also provided with two resisting surfaces. The preloading bar is assembled in the preloading groove of the support board body by screw, so as to provide a balance between the preloading capacity produced by preloading bar to the support board body and the flexing stress produced by the support board body.

A linear guideway with a negative pressure type dust absorption structure comprises a linear guideway and a negative pressure type dust absorption structure. The linear guideway includes a sliding block and a sliding seat. The sliding block is movably disposed on the sliding seat. The negative pressure type dust absorption structure is disposed on the sliding block and includes at least one guiding passage having at least one inlet and one outlet. The outlet is connected to a negative pressure source, such that the suction is produced, so as to absorb dust from the inlet of the guiding passage.

A three-axis displacement platform comprises a first-axis linear device, a second-axis linear device, a third-axis linear device, a support frame and a balance weight. The three-axis displacement platform is formed by superposing the first-axis linear device, the second linear device, the support frame and the third-axis linear device on upon another, thus reducing the assembly space of the three-axis displacement platform. The balance weight is superposed on the support frame to balance weight, thus improving the displacement accuracy.

A lifting mechanism with self-locking function, including an ascending/descending seat, a rocking member pivotally connected with the ascending/descending seat, a guide section and a prestressing section. The rocking member serves to convert a horizontal force provided by a power source into a vertical force to up and down reciprocally move the ascending/descending seat in the direction of Z-axis. The guide section includes guide members, which can be cross roller ways for guiding the ascending/descending seat to ascend/descend. The prestressing section can be adjusted to change the gaps between fixed guide rails and movable guide rails of the cross roller ways. Accordingly, the sliding friction between the fixed guide rails and the movable guide rails can be adjusted to provide auxiliary locking force for locating the ascending/descending seat.
