A connection module capable of integrating electronic control contains: a male connection assembly, a female connection assembly, and a controlling portion. The male connection assembly includes a coupling section, at least one current transmission set, at least one signal transmission set, and at least one engagement portion. The female connection assembly includes a coupling section, at least one current transmission set, at least one signal transmission set, and at least one engagement portion. The controlling portion is connected with the drive mechanism of the male connection assembly to actuate, control and detect the drive mechanism. The male connection assembly is located below the female connection assembly, and the coupling section of the female connection assembly is covered in the coupling section of the male connection assembly. The signal transmission set of the male connection assembly contacts with the signal transmission set of the female connection assembly.

A mechanism for locking and cushioning a spindle of a power tool includes a driving disk, a combination of a cam and a plurality of elastic components, and a plurality of roller pairs. The combination of the cam and the elastic components is accommodated in a body. The driving disk is disposed at one end of the body and in contact with the cam. A surface of the driving disk is formed with a plurality of stopping blocks inserted into the body to contact the elastic components, respectively. The roller pairs are respectively disposed between two adjacent stopping blocks and in contact with an inclined surface of an outer surface of the cam. When the power tool is powered off, relative movements between the elastic components and the stopping blocks and pressing forces between the inclined surface of the cam and the roller can cushion and lock the spindle.

When the control pin is driven to rotate and the stopper block faces the first stopper or the through hole, the object of switching each operation mode is achieved.

The present invention discloses a method of mask reduction for producing a low-temperature polysilicon thin film transistor array by use of a photo-sensitive low-K dielectric, which comprises the steps of: defining a polysilicon-island on a preprocessed glass substrate; forming a gate oxide layer and a first metal layer in sequence; patterning the first metal layer to define a gate; forming a photosensitive dielectric layer; patterning the photosensitive dielectric layer and the gate oxide layer to form a plurality of contact holes, wherein said photo-sensitive low-K dielectric masks said gate oxide layer during said patterning of said gate oxide layer; forming a transmissive pixel layer and patterning the same; and forming a reflective pixel electrode layer and patterning the same.
