    摘要： Methods and systems provide for aggregating person-centric data from one or more data sources and for providing the aggregated data to a user via a computer-displayed user interface that is keyed on or otherwise associated with an identified name in electronically presented text or data. A name in the text or data of an electronic document is identified and is associated with a unique identification, such as an electronic mail address. The unique identification is used by a persona menu application to obtain person-centric data from a variety of data sources. Example data sources include electronic mail contact files, electronic mail and calendaring system free/busy status files, directories of person-centric data related to persons associated with a distributed computing network, and instant messaging files. A data structure is populated with the returned data. Upon user selection, a user interface containing aggregated data associated with the identified name is displayed to the user to provide the user helpful information and actions associated with the identified name.

    摘要： A computing device includes an operating system that manages an application and maintains threads relating thereto, where each thread has assigned attributes and the operating system executes each thread according to each attribute thereof. An interface process of the application receives a thread with a request for the application, sets an attribute of the request/thread to enforce a limitation within the application, and forwards the request/thread to the application for further processing in accordance with the limitation to produce a result. The interface process thereafter receives the same thread with the result from the application, resets the attribute of the result/thread to remove the limitation outside of the application, and forwards the result/thread for delivery to the requester. Thus, the interface process ensures by way of setting and resetting the attribute on the thread that the limitation on the application is satisfied.

    摘要： A method of propagating, concentrating and delivering yeast is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of producing and inoculating a bag, propagating yeast within the bag, and concentrating the yeast in a section of the bag that is the removed from the remainder of the bag while not exposing any portion of the yeast therein to an external environment. In order to remove the bag, which contains the most concentrated slurry of yeast, a smaller bag is heat-sealed off of the larger bag, thereby creating a separate bag for the living sediment, which is still the bag in which the sediment was propagated. In a preferred embodiment, the method is specific to the alcoholic beverage industry. The method is also applicable to other industries that grow and transport yeast, bacteria, molds and other microorganisms.

    摘要： A modular multi bag propagation unit to facilitate easy handling of the process elements and efficient use of equipment, services and resources for small-scale yeast production is disclosed.
