Abstract: The present invention provides a locating method, a drive test terminal and a hand-held terminal. Herein, the locating method comprises: a first terminal receiving an included angle value between a current advancing direction of a user and a due north direction, which is sent from a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is provided with a gyroscope, the second terminal is used to calculate the included angle value of the included angle between the current advancing direction and the due north direction according to the current advancing direction input by the user and a due north direction indication diagram, and send the included angle value to the first terminal; and the first terminal using the included angle value to correct an output angle of the gyroscope, so as to locate the first terminal. By the present invention, the directional angle may be accurately determined without using a magnetometer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information processing method, an information processing apparatus and a readable storage medium, which relates to the field of communication technology, so as to ensure smooth execution of repetitions or reconfiguration of transmission resources. The method includes: performing, by a user equipment, repetitions of a target TB in accordance with first DCI; receiving, by the user equipment, second DCI; determining, by the user equipment, resources for remaining repetitions of the target TB in accordance with the second DCI and a start time when the second DCI becomes effective; and performing, by the user equipment, the remaining repetitions of the target TB through the resources for the remaining repetitions of the target TB. The second DCI is DCI for scheduling an HARQ process where the target TB is located.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a dynamic data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: configuring, for a terminal, dynamic resource indication information associated with semi-persistent scheduling (SPS); and performing dynamic data transmission indication by using the dynamic resource indication information in a discontinuous reception off (DRX-off) period. According to the dynamic data transmission method and apparatus, and the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, during the DRX-off period, SPS PDSCH transmission is assisted by means of dynamic scheduling, and in the case that a data packet is relatively large but reserved SPS PDSCH resources are insufficient, the transmission of the data packet is assisted, without waiting for the next SPS PDSCH or a DRX-on period, thereby reducing the transmission delay.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relates to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem that no current random access process can satisfy requirements of a satellite communication system. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving and obtaining a related parameter in a configuration message, the related parameter comprising common cell delay information; generating a physical random access channel random access preamble (PRACH Preamble) sequence, and determining an uplink sending timing location according to the common cell delay information; and sending the PRACH Preamble sequence on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the uplink sending timing location. A relative transmission delay and a multi-path channel delay from a terminal, to a satellite, and to a base station are compensated according to the determined uplink sending timing location, thereby reducing overheads of a PRACH channel.
