Abstract:
In a vulcanization and moulding apparatus for tyres and a method of manufacturing the same, the apparatus includes containment walls defining an inner surface delimiting a moulding cavity. The shape of the inner surface matches the final conformation to be given to the vulcanized tyre and includes a plurality of lamellae. Each lamella comprises at least one lug inserted in a respective seat formed in the inner surface and opening on the inner surface itself. The lug and the respective seat, along an insertion direction of the lamella into the seat, are at least partly misaligned relative to the work portion. The work portion of the lamella further comprises at least one abutment surface bearing against the inner surface of the moulding cavity. The seat is closed with an addition material by laser or tungsten inert gas welding, so as to lock the lamella in the moulding apparatus.

Abstract:
A method for controlling the winding of an elongated element onto a collection reel with the interposition of a service fabric, includes rotating the collection reel and simultaneously winding the elongated element and the service fabric onto the collection reel, wherein the simultaneous winding includes determining the actual winding diameter of the collection reel and preferably, the actual unwinding diameter of a storage reel of the service fabric. The rotation speed of the collection reel is adjusted according to the actual winding diameter and preferably, also to the variation in length of the portion of elongated clement about to be deposited onto the collection reel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vial which can contain metered quantities of a chemical reagent. The vial has its lower or discharge end closed by a breakable diaphragm from which there outwardly extends a flat tang housed and retained in a seat provided within a hollow element. The hollow element is mounted to a hollow body by ribs which enable it to be rotated relative to the hollow body in order to cause the diaphragm to be broken by the tang.
Abstract:
A chemical reagent vial has an elongated shape from the end portions of which extend two lugs, one of which is closed by a frangible membrane which can be broken by a projection of a funnel element which can be screw engaged on a set lug. The other lug having an outer surface at least a portion of which is conical and on which tightly abuts a conical surface of a hollow sleeve which, moreover, tightly engages with a thread of the lug thereon the sleeve is threaded, through the lug at least an outlet hole being formed, which is arranged between the two sealing regions of the sleeve on the lug.
