    摘要: A drug-filled synthetic resin ampule has an ampule body capable of standing by itself and a drug accommodated inside the ampule body. The ampule body has a tip part positioned at an upper part thereof when the ampule body stands by itself, a hollow part having a drug accommodation portion, and a breakable part provided between a lower portion of the tip part and an upper portion of the hollow part. The tip part has pressing portions, for guiding a pressing force applied thereto respectively in a predetermined direction when an operation of breaking the breakable part is performed. The hollow part has a bottom surface part for allowing the ampule body to stand by itself. The bottom surface part has extension portions extended in predetermined directions (X-direction, Y-direction) in which the pressing force applied to the pressing portions respectively is guided when the operation of pressing the pressing portion is performed to break the breakable part.

    摘要: A method of diluting concentrated solutions used to treat allergic symptoms is disclosed. The method includes placing a predetermined amount of one of a diluent, a concentrated solution, and a combination thereof into an empty vial of a plurality of vials including an empty maintenance vial, a diluent vial, an intermediate vial and an empty start vial. The method further includes removing an amount of concentrated solution and placing the concentrated solution into an empty maintenance vial, removing an amount of diluent and placing a portion of the diluent from the diluent vial into each of the intermediate vial and the start vial, removing an amount of concentrated solution and placing the concentrated solution from the maintenance vial into the intermediate vial. The method still further includes removing an amount of solution from the intermediate vial and placing the solution from the intermediate vial into the start vial.

    摘要: A container storing an anesthetic is disclosed. The container is sealed by a closure and stores a liquid anesthetic solution. The anesthetic is from 0.1% to 10% by weight of the liquid anesthetic solution. The container is made of a material that is inert to the anesthetic and the closure is made of siliconized rubber or a metal. A concentration of the anesthetic in a liquid anesthetic solution stored in the container following a predetermined time period is at least 93% of a concentration of the anesthetic in a liquid anesthetic solution before the liquid anesthetic solution is stored in the container.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a closure for filling and sealing receptacles containing medicinal fluids, a method for filling a receptacle with a medicinal fluid and sealing the receptacle. The closure used in the method comprises a mounting piece that may be attached to the receptacle and a connector piece that may be connected to a connector piece of a filling device. A closure body is arranged between the mounting piece and the connector piece, in which a closure piece for sealing the closure sits. The closure piece may be slid between a position sealing the closure and a position which opens the closure. The closure is sealed tight with a removable protective cap. The present method is characterized in that with the protective cap removed the receptacle is filled through the closure in a clean room, whereupon after filling, the closure is sealed by pressing the closure piece into the closure.
