The cradle transferring device includes: a cradle, on which a subject lies; a shuttle table supporting the cradle and moving and withdrawing the cradle to and from the examination table of the MRI apparatus; and a cradle receiving member provided on the examination table of the MRI apparatus. The shuttle table is provided with a transfer member for holding and transferring the cradle and a transfer member driving means for reciprocating the transfer member along the shuttle table. The cradle transferring device is further provided with a cradle locking means, which locks the cradle to the examination table after the cradle is moved to the examination table. The cradle transferring device moves the cradle to the examination table of the MRI apparatus and accurately withdraws the cradle from the examination table of the MRI apparatus after the examination in the MRI apparatus.

The present invention is directed to a microfluidic biochip based on an agglutination reaction that is frequently used in qualitative typing in the diagnostic medicine field by realizing a specimen inlet, a reagent inlet, a split microchannel, transfer microchannels, a chaos micromixer, a reaction microchamber, a microfilter, a passive microvalve, and an outlet on a plastic microchip. Particularly, the biochip of the present invention is characterized in that portability thereof is superior and a small amount (about 1 μl) of each of a specimen and a reagent is used. In addition, the biochip of the present invention can be cheaply made through conventional photolithography, electroplating, injection molding, and bonding. Therefore, by utilizing the microfluidic biochip for blood typing according to the present invention, a point-of-care diagnosis for performing blood typing based on an agglutination reaction at any place becomes possible.

The method comprises the steps of: a) chlorosulfonating a pyrazolamide compound to obtain a chlorosulfonated compound; b) reacting the chlorosulfonated compound of step (a) with a primary amine to obtain a sulfonamide compound and c) performing an intramolecular cyclization of the sulfonamide compound of step (b) to produce the compound of formula below 1, wherein the steps b) and c) are performed in situ in alcohol by adding a base to the reaction mixture without workup after the step b) is completed.

The heat resistant thermoplastic resin prepared by the process of the present invention not only has superior heat-resistant properties, impact resistant properties, and workability, but also has superior heat-stability.
