摘要： An apparatus and method for forming an endless spiral wound abrasive article and the resulting article. The apparatus includes first and second spaced-apart hubs, configured so that a portion of first and second webs passing between the first hub and the second hub is oriented substantially in a plane which remains stationery even if a position of a hub is changed. The apparatus further includes winders and a web joiner. The method includes providing a second web which includes an adhesive disposed on a first surface and a liner releasably affixed to the adhesive. The method includes removing the liner from the second web before positioning the second web adjacent the first web. The first and second webs are wound about the first and second hubs to form a spiral wound article having a desired circumference.

摘要： A medicinal delivery device is provided. The device includes a clip defining an ala inner surface-engaging portion about a first end thereof. The clip also defines an ala outer surface-engaging portion about a second end thereof. The ala outer surface-engaging portion is in spaced-apart and generally inward facing arrangement relative to the first end of the clip. This forms a gap between the ala inner surface-engaging portion and the ala outer surface-engaging portion for receiving a patient's ala. A medicine chamber is carried about the first end of the clip for dispensing medicine into the patient's nasal cavity.

摘要： Systems and methods are disclosed for domain specific predictive model for entity assessment and valuation. In one implementation, evaluation criteria are identified. Historical data is collected with respect to one or more entities. Based on the one or more evaluation criteria and the historical data, one or more scores are reverse engineered with respect to the one or more entities. Linear regression analysis is performed on the one or more scores to build a predictive model. Analyze a new entity using the same scoring system with pre-prescribed parameters. Using the predictive model, a valuation of an entity is computed. One or more aspects of the computed valuation are presented within an interactive interface using a sensitivity analysis approach.

摘要： A method for distributing timely information over a computer network where a Timely Information Server collects and organizes information from Timely Information Providers and then broadcasts the organized information to endusers in the form of an alerts over a plurality of alert channels. The alert is comprised of keywords and arguments, wherein the keywords describe the subject matter of the alert and the arguments provide content of the alert. The Timely Information Server maintains a dictionary of all possible keywords and the endusers copy a portion of the dictionary to their local computers to create individual keyword profiles which are comprised of keywords and Boolean operators. When an alert satisfies a Boolean equation in a users keyword profile the headline of the alert (stored as an argument) is displayed and the user is given the option to link his/her web browser to an associated URL (also stored as an argument).
