Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method for decomposing a Mixed Polarity Multiple Controlled Toffoli (MPMCT) gate in a quantum circuit and a quantum circuit designed using the method. The method includes dividing a process of decomposing an MPMCT gate in a quantum circuit into a front step, a central step, and a back step, selecting one of multiple decomposition methods in consideration of the sub-MCT gate assigned to each of the steps and the number (k) of work qubits of which the initial states are known (Clean Work Qubits (CWQs)), and decomposing the MPMCT gate into gates of a Clifford+T set, which is a standard fault-tolerant gate set, by applying the selected decomposition method.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for hardware metering using a memory-type camouflaged cell. The apparatus includes memory including at least one camouflaged memory cell in which a key is hidden by a designer in advance and a controller for controlling whether to block the supply of power to the memory. The controller may perform reading a key from a corresponding key location in the multiple memory cells of the memory based on key location information stored in the controller when a key is input from the outside, determining whether the key input from the outside is the same as the key read from the memory, setting an authentic flag based on the determination result, and performing control based on the set authentic flag such that the memory operates normally or the supply of power is blocked.

Abstract: A method for ZQ calibration for a data transmission driving circuit of each memory die in a memory chip package in which memory dies are stacked, includes generating a reference current through a reference resistor connected between a power terminal supplying a power voltage of the data transmission driving circuit and a ground terminal and a first transistor that is diode-connected; supplying first currents corresponding to the reference currents to a pull-up driver of each memory die; performing ZQ calibration of a pull-up driver of a corresponding memory die by comparing a first voltage formed by each first current with a reference voltage formed by the reference current in each of the plurality of memory dies; and performing ZQ calibration of a pull-down driver of the corresponding memory die based on an output impedance of the ZQ calibrated pull-up driver in each of the memory dies.
