摘要： A circuit for supplying a high voltage to load is described. An example of such a circuit could be used in the peripheral circuitry of a non-volatile memory device for supplying a program voltage from a charge pump to a selected word line. The circuit includes a charge pump that generates the high voltage and decoding circuitry that is connected to receive this high voltage and selectively apply it to a load. The decoding circuitry receives the high voltage through a switch, where the switch is of a variable resistance that progressively passes the high voltage in response to a control signal. In a particular example, the switch includes a transistor connected between the charge pump and the decoding circuitry, where the control gate of the transistor is connected to the output of a second charge pump that is connected to receive the high voltage and a settable clock signal as its inputs.

The receptacle has a main body. The main body defines a front face and a number of receiving holes in the front face. The contact portions of each pair of the first contacts and corresponding first shield are received in the same one of the receiving holes when the header and the receptacle are mated.

The grid-motion estimation and compensation module (110) outputs a scalable motion vector from the source video data, supplied resolution and bit rate parameters. The motion compensation temporal filtering module (105) generates, from the source video data and the scalable motion vector, a residual image corresponding to the difference between the present and previous image frames. The scalable coding module (115) is coupled to receive and encode the scalable motion vector. The discrete transformation module (120) is configured to receive and domain transform the supplied video to a sequence of coefficients. The packetization module is coupled to the scalable coding module (115) and the discrete transformation module (120), and is operable to combine the encoded scalable motion vector and the sequence of coefficients into a packet.

摘要： A circuit and corresponding method for providing a reference voltage are presented. The circuit includes a current source having a magnitude with positive temperature correlation connected to a node, and a diode element connected between the node and ground, where the reference voltage is provided from the node. The circuit also includes a variable resistance connected to receive an input indicative of the circuit temperature and through which the diode element is connected to the node. The value of the variable resistance is adjusted based upon the circuit temperature input. The circuit is useful for application as a peripheral circuitry, such as on a flash or other non-volatile memory and other circuits requiring an on-chip reference voltage source.

摘要： A syringe adapter with a ball-typed valve has a base, a dosing tube mounted around the base and a resilient valve mounted in the base and the dosing tube. The base has a guiding groove and an inner liquid channel communicating with each other, as well as an exhaust channel. Liquid medicine injected into the syringe adapter flows through the guiding groove and causes the inner liquid channel to be injected into a patient's body. The liquid medicine remaining in the split is cleaned when cleaning fluid is injected to clean the syringe adapter. Air in the syringe adapter flows out through the exhaust channel and is not injected into the patient's body, so the patient is free from pain. Furthermore, elements and assembling processes of the syringe adapter are simplified and manufacturing cost of the syringe adapter is lowered.
