摘要： An HPLC module utilizes a combination of compound-dedicated hardware providing line clearance between differing radiosynthesis and includes multiple compound-dedicated HPLC inject valves, each inject valve directing a fluid to a serially-connected HPLC column and UV flowcell so as to prevent cross-contamination between differing radiopharmaceutical syntheses. The module provides a disposable fluid path from each UV flowcell allowing for radioactive detection, fraction collection, formulation and final product dispensing. In this manner, a level of GMP compliance is achieved that is suitable for meeting the requirements of an MHRA approved site-license.
