摘要: An actuator unit for a vehicle door locking device comprises a reversible motor, a gear shaft set to an output shaft of the motor, a rotational output member which rotates by engaging with the gear shaft, a driven lever which is changed in at least two positions in accordance with the rotation of the output member, and a housing for storing the above components. The housing is constituted with a main case and a sub case. A first recess for storing the rotational output member, a second recess for storing the motor, a third recess for storing the gear shaft and support means for supporting a rotating shaft of the driven lever are formed on the main case. The output member fitted in the first recess and the gear shaft fitted in the third recess are constituted so that they maintain a meshing state mutually, and each component in the main case is secured at its home position by putting the sub case on the main case.

摘要: An apparatus for opening and closing a door of a vehicle includes a knob that is arranged on one door panel, a holding unit that holds the door in a fully closed state, a control unit that is arranged on other door panel, and allows opening and closing of the door by releasing the holding unit in response to an operation of the knob, a link unit that is arranged outside of a moving area of an opening/closing member that opens and closes a window opening of the door, a first wire cable that connects the link unit to the knob, and a second wire cable that connects the link unit to the control unit. The operation of the knob is transmitted to the link unit, and the operation transmitted is relayed by the link unit to the control unit, making the control unit operate.

摘要: A door latch device comprises a latch body fixed at its front side to a door, a latch for engaging with a striker, a ratchet for maintaining the engagement between the latch and striker, an opening mechanism for releasing the ratchet from the latch, a locking mechanism displaceable between a locked condition and an unlocked condition, a stationary plate attached to a rear side of the latch body and projecting rearwardly, and an actuator fixed to the stationary plate for displacing the locking mechanism between the locked condition and the unlocked condition. The actuator has a substantially closed housing, an output shaft projecting outward from the housing, and an output lever fixed to the output shaft and coupled to the locking mechanism. A gap is formed between the housing and the stationary plate. The output lever is located in the gap.

摘要: A door closing apparatus has a latch mechanism that holds a door in a half-closed state and a fully-closed state to a vehicle body. An actuator drives the door when the door is in the half-closed state, a sector gear rotates as the actuator is driven. A first close lever performs closing action according to rotation of the sector gear, and a second close lever performs a door closing action according to the closing action to cause the latch mechanism to perform the closing action. A cancel lever is swingably disposed to the first close lever via a first spring. The cancel lever comes in engagement with the sector gear in a normal state, while performing a door opening action against the biasing force of the first spring to cancel the engagement with the sector gear when an opening operation of an operation handle is performed.

摘要: A door closing apparatus has a latch mechanism that holds a door in a half-closed state and a fully-closed state to a vehicle body. An actuator drives the door when the door is in the half-closed state, a sector gear rotates as the actuator is driven. A first close lever performs closing action according to rotation of the sector gear, and a second close lever performs a door closing action according to the closing action to cause the latch mechanism to perform the closing action. A cancel lever is swingably disposed to the first close lever via a first spring. The cancel lever comes in engagement with the sector gear in a normal state, while performing a door opening action against the biasing force of the first spring to cancel the engagement with the sector gear when an opening operation of an operation handle is performed.
