摘要: An electronic circuit for a battery-electric vehicle for the switching-off of semiconductor switches in the event of critical currents, the electronic circuit includes at least two semiconductor switches that are connectable in parallel with one another between an energy supply source and a load. The electronic circuit includes a control unit configured to detect a current flowing through the at least two semiconductor switches, and, based on reaching a critical current, to switch off the at least two semiconductor switches. The electronic circuit includes a delay circuit connected in parallel with the at least two semiconductor switches and is configured, in the event of a not-exactly-simultaneous switching-off of the at least two semiconductor switches, to absorb a part of the critical current that switches over from at least one first-switching-off semiconductor switch to another one of the at least two semiconductor switches.

摘要: A power system includes a field effect transistor (FET) with a first terminal, a gate terminal, and a third terminal. A Zener diode is connected in series between the first terminal of the FET and the gate terminal of the FET. The Zener diode is oriented to allow current through the Zener diode only if its voltage difference is at or over the Zener voltage of the Zener diode. A capacitor is connected in parallel with the Zener diode. The capacitor is configured to raise gate drive current of the FET during a rising edge of a lightning transient and thereby reduce voltage drop across the FET faster than the Zener diode can do on its own.

摘要: Described herein is a method including measuring a current in a wire, normalizing the measured current, and comparing the normalized measured current to a control curve. The control curve is a function of a series of normalized current magnitudes and reaction times for corresponding ones of that series of normalized current magnitudes. The method further includes limiting the current in the wire based upon the comparison. The reaction times for ones of the series of normalized current magnitudes are times at which current limitation would occur if the normalized current remained at an associated normalized current magnitude.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a soft-start protection circuit, comprising: a protection chip, a first switch tube, a second switch tube, a third switch tube, a fourth switch tube, a first capacitor, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a sixth resistor and a seventh resistor. In the soft-start protection circuit of the present disclosure, the voltage of a voltage input end and the control end voltage of the first switch tube may be monitored; therefore, when there is a change in the two voltages, correct turn-on and turn-off actions may be performed in the soft-start protection circuit, increasing the accuracy of protection and at the same time reducing the turn-on speed of switch tubes to a certain extent, thus effectively reducing the impact of an impulse current on components and systems. Correspondingly, the present disclosure further discloses a circuit protection integrated chip.

摘要: In a power supply control apparatus, a control circuit adjusts a resistance between a drain and a source of a semiconductor transistor by adjusting the voltage at a gate of the semiconductor transistor. After the control circuit has lowered the resistance between the drain and the source, a control portion determines whether or not the voltage at the source detected by a voltage detecting portion is larger than or equal to a standard voltage. If the voltage at the source is larger than or equal to the standard voltage, the control circuit again lowers the resistance between the drain and the source. If the voltage at the source is smaller than the standard voltage, the control circuit adjusts the resistance between the drain and the source to a resistance at the time when determination was performed or larger.
