    摘要: A method for surface blasting of integrally bladed rotors is disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes: a) providing an integrally bladed rotor; b) providing a vibratory grinding. system; c) arranging the integrally bladed rotor in a grinding container of the vibratory grinding system; d) filling the grinding container of the vibratory grinding system with blasting balls; and e) operating the vibratory grinding system filled with the blasting balls and the integrally bladed rotor to accelerate the blasting balls, wherein the accelerated blasting balls simultaneously strengthen the integrally bladed rotor on the surfaces of all the rotor blades and in the annular space between neighboring rotor blades.

    摘要: The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for surface machining. The apparatus for surface machining a workpiece, i.e., for abrasive flow machining, has at least two opposite pressure devices, such that the workpiece to be machined is arranged between the opposite pressure devices and an abrasive can be moved past the workpiece to be machined. According to the invention, the opposite pressure devices can be pressurized with a defined pressure to establish a uniform pressure in the entire abrasive on every side of the workpiece to be machined. The movement of the abrasive relative to the workpiece to be machined is adjustable by a movement of the pressure devices in the same direction while maintaining the uniform pressure.

    摘要: A milling method is provided for the manufacture of components composed of difficult-to-cut materials for turbomachines, aircraft and spacecraft by producing recesses with one or more side walls. An end milling cutter which cuts at the circumference and at the tip and has a tip contour which is rounded towards the circumference is used as the rotating milling tool. In addition to rotation about its axis, the milling tool performs an eccentric orbiting motion about an orbital axis spaced apart from its axis. The opposite senses of rotation lead to downcut milling, and the orbital axis performs a translational advance motion on a straight and/or curved path transversely to its longitudinal direction, with or without a swivelling motion.

    摘要: A milling method and apparatus for the fabrication of components from materials that are difficult to cut for turbo-engines, producing recesses having one or more side walls, in particular for the fabrication of integrally bladed rotors for gas turbines, in which the recesses form flow channels and the side walls form blade surfaces of an integrally bladed rotor, are disclosed. A milling cutter rotates centrally about an axis of a milling machine. The milling cutter additionally executes an eccentric circular motion about a circular path axis at a distance from the axis of the milling machine. The axis of the circular path including the milling cutter executes an advance motion on a straight and/or curved path. The milling cutter includes cutting edges that are contoured with projections and recesses.
