    摘要: A router bit for use with a turning implement comprising a router bit body having a shank body adjacent a cutting body for forming a key hole in a work piece. The shank body has an outer surface configured to be received by the turning implement. The cutting body has a body portion that spans between a tapered head portion and a tapered end portion, the tapered end portion attached to the shank body. The tapered head portion has a plunge cutting surface that forms a first acute angle with the longitudinal axis. The shank body has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the tapered head portion. The tapered end portion has a diameter that varies along its length from the shank body to the tapered head portion to reduce breakage of the router bit body during use. A wing may be attached to the cutting body.

    摘要: A rotatable cutting tool is disclosed and includes an elongate body having a longitudinal axis, a proximal end and a distal end. The cutting tool further includes at least one helical flute extending over a cutting length of the elongate body, the helical flute having a first end and a second end. The helical flute includes a leading cutting wall having an edge, a trailing cutting wall having an edge, and a flute surface between the leading cutting wall and the trailing cutting wall, the flute surface including a curved surface portion including a constant radius from the longitudinal axis of the elongate body. The cutting tool further includes a plurality of reliefs evenly spaced along the leading and trailing walls of the helical flute, each of the reliefs forming a semi-circular cutout on the flute surface, and wherein the reliefs in the trailing cutting wall are longitudinally offset from the reliefs in the leading cutting wall.

The wavy structural design of the disposable blade enables the disposable drilling and milling cutter to drill and mill in a sectioned manner, to break the drilling/milling chips automatically, and to perform intermittent processing.

    摘要: A cutting tool with asymmetric structures on cutting teeth has multiple toothed surfaces. Each of the toothed surfaces has multiple groove structures dividing a side edge of the toothed surface into the cutting teeth. Since the groove structures of the toothed surfaces are arranged in an asymmetric and complementary manner, contact areas between the cutting teeth on the toothed surfaces of the cutting tool and a workpiece are reduced. The cutting teeth on the toothed surfaces of the cutting tool are not worn and broken easily. When the cutting tool is used for cutting hard brittle material, machining quality, accuracy, and efficiency are enhanced.
