The present invention relates to a pre-molded LED light bulb package with its main improvements being: the chip and gold wire outside the chip cup at the top of the traditional conducting bracket is covered with an appropriate quantity of epoxy resin colloid and then baked to form an oblate spheroid, which is inserted into the mold and filled with injection PC or ordinary resin to rapidly condense into LED enclosure package, wherein the special effect of multiple amplified or integrated light source whereby the light source is amplified internally and then gathered externally can be achieved by means of an internal optical amplifying light source effect through the pre-molded oblate spheroid and the convex or concave structure on the upper part of the external injection molded LED enclosure, significantly improving the existing single lighting deflection technology, therefore reducing the time of the packaging process and increasing the output capacity of mass production significantly.

The present invention relates to a lamp of replaceable LED, comprising the lamp cover, translucent board, reflective frame, conducting plate, circuit board, LED lamp, lamp seat, copper head and a plurality of connecting screws, and in particular to one wherein the reflective frame is provided with equally spaced semicircle lamp cups, the lamp cups are provided with connected cross ring grooves for embedding and fastening of the convex plate above the conducting plate and embedding of the positive and negative conducting brackets of the LED lamp into the cross ring grooves in the lamp cups to form the weld-free rapid pressing device with the convex plate above the conducting plate so as to achieve the integrated stable conducting effect, prevent the quality of chips from being undermined due to traditional direct solder fusion and provide the convenience of replacing the LED lamp rapidly.

A semiconductor lamp is disclosed. The lamp comprises an electrode wire, light-emitting base material, electrode solenoid, a glass tube, silicon rubber layer and two insulated plugs. The outer rim of the electrode wire is in sequence covered by SiO2 or light-emitting base material, and the external of the base material is provided with spiral electrode solenoid to form into light-emitting body. The two ends of the electrode wire and electrode solenoid are correspondingly connected to the glass tube having two sides fastened with electrode rods.

The present invention relates to a decorative lamp stand with interchangeable retaining ring assembly, having a design having a malleable stand and retaining rings, mainly using a square latch member as link between intervals by the axle of the stand, and the circumference of the retaining ring is coupled to an embedded connecting section, and such connecting section member has 4 sets of corner bars, and the inner angle at the end of each bar is substantially 90° in both directions with respect to the latching surface. A curved board separates two corner bars such that a fixing groove in a cross shape in the middle of the four corner bars can make adjustment to the variable angles of 90° in both directions or 180° for the coupling and positioning of the square latch member at every interval at the end of the embedded stand. The present invention relates to a double layer injection mould LED bulb, in which the main improvements are: the epoxy resin light body at the top of the conducting bracket of a traditional LED light is specially designed as one epoxy resin injection mould body integrated with a PC or injection mould shell; two positioning grooves are provided on the right and left of the opening at the lower part of the shell so that the two shoulders of the conducting bracket may slide into the grooves for positioning and a small quantity of injection mould body may be condensed and moulded shortly after injection. The upper end of the internal opening of the shell is a semi-round flat convex space to give the injection the light source amplifying convex lens block function, which, together with the convex or concave structure design at the top of the shell, provides the special function of amplifying or concentrating the light source already amplified inside, so as to significantly simplify the manufacture process and increase the output capacity of mass production.

The present invention relates to a LED multi-side light source bracket, in particular to the bracket design that extends in the rectangular shape directly above the conducting pin for distribution and fixing of a plurality of chips before, after and above the rectangular block, wherein the chips are bridged to another conducting pin on the side through a plurality of conducting wires to be integrated with the resin or silicon lamp housing, the rectangular block support can be bent into the shape to double the areas over which chips can be fixed and enable a single LED to create multi-side uniform light source.

A heatsink device is provided herein, which mainly contains a larger number of pins made of highly thermal conducting material into fiber-like linear segments. The fiber-like fins have one of their ends inserted into tubular holders which are fused or welded together into a planar base, or into the holes on the top surface of a planar base. The fiber-like fins therefore extend upward with appropriate spacing among them, and can be further woven into webs.

The present invention provides a plug with overload protection and a safety switch. It is comprised of an upper case, a bottom case, two conductive polar plates, two connective plates, two alloy plates, a safety switch, and a return spring. The main features are as follows: the end of one conductive polar plate is joined with an alloy plate by mortise and tenon joint, while the other alloy plate, located on the rear end of the said plate, is joined with the front end of the connective plate by mortise and tenon joint. Then it will become electric connected. Also, the protruding insulating plate that on the bottom of the upper safety switch is just located on the top of the gap between the two alloy plates. When the circuit is short-circuited or overheated due to overload, the two alloy plates will be expanded and outstretched relatively to allow the return spring in the other end of the switch to push the insulating plate into the gap between the two alloy plates to cut the circuit between them with one of the features of the present invention, called the safety switch, which is equipped with automatic circuit breaker protection for the sake of safety.
