摘要: A control system 200 for a work machine includes a communication interface 18 that acquires a series of work instructions to a work machine 1 and an action control section 110 that controls an action of the work machine 1 so as to perform tasks included in the work instructions acquired by the communication interface 18. When the tasks included in the work instructions include an interrupting task to be preferentially performed and non-interrupting tasks other than the interrupting task, the action control section 110 performs the interrupting task after performing an action of the work machine 1 instructed by a task in execution.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a work vehicle that allows detecting an error in an installation position of an antenna more flexibly than a conventional device. The work vehicle includes a control device 150. The control device 150 has a detection function F106, a calculation function F104, a calculation function F105, a calculation function F107, and an estimation function F110. The detection function F106 detects steady traveling based on a velocity, an acceleration, and an angular velocity of a vehicle. The calculation function F104 calculates a first vehicle direction based on installation information of a first antenna and a second antenna with respect to the vehicle. The calculation function F105 calculates a second vehicle direction based on a time change of position information of the first antenna when the steady traveling is detected. The calculation function F107 calculates a direction correction parameter for correcting the first vehicle direction based on the second vehicle direction. The estimation function F110 estimates a location and a posture of the vehicle based on the direction correction parameter and the first vehicle direction.

摘要: A site management system manages the positions of workers and work areas of work machines. The workers can recognize the work areas of the work machines at a work site in which the work machines and the workers carry out work. A site management device is connected to a worker terminal carried by a worker and a work machine processor is mounted on a work machine 1. The site management device generates worker information 360 on the basis of a signal transmitted from the worker terminal and generates work machine information 350 based on a signal transmitted from the work machine processor. Work area information 380 including the position and the work area of a work machine is generated on the basis of the pieces of information 350 and 360 and a work area notification signal is transmitted with the work area information to the worker terminal device.

摘要: The invention of the present application has an object of providing a mine management system capable of separately sensing an abnormality of a powertrain system and a load amount sensor of a mine dump truck. For this purpose, a mine management system for managing mine dump trucks operating in a mine includes a processing device that calculates and totalizes a productivity index of the mine dump trucks, in which the processing device: calculates consumed energy of the mine dump truck on the basis of at least a vehicle velocity of the mine dump truck, a road surface gradient, and a load amount; calculates input energy of the mine dump truck on the basis of at least one of a fuel injection amount, trolley electric power, and battery electric power of the mine dump truck; and determines presence or absence of an abnormality of a load amount sensor or a powertrain system of the mine dump truck on the basis of the consumed energy and the input energy.

摘要: There is provided a construction machine that is capable of measuring a minute leakage flow rate of a one-sided tilting variable displacement hydraulic pump. The construction machine includes a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of a hydraulic pump, a bleed-off adjusting device that is enabled to adjust a bleed-off flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and an input device that gives an instruction for measurement of a leakage flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The controller is configured to measure, when the controller determines that the operation device is in a non-operated state and when a measuring command is inputted from the input device, a pressure of the hydraulic pump while changing a control command value for the bleed-off adjusting device in a state in which a flow rate of the hydraulic pump is maintained, and calculate the leakage flow rate of the hydraulic pump on the basis of the control command value for the bleed-off adjusting device at the time that the pressure of the hydraulic pump is stabilized at a predetermined pressure.

摘要: A controller of a work machine computes a target velocity of a fluid pressure actuator according to an operation signal from an operation device, computes target thrust or target torque of the fluid pressure actuator on the basis of a driven state of the fluid pressure actuator, and controls a velocity of the fluid pressure actuator by a meter-out control valve on the basis of the operation signal from the operation device and controls at least one of a pump and a meter-in control valve such that a pressure on a meter-in side of the fluid pressure actuator is equal to or higher than a predetermined value when a positive or negative sign of the target velocity as a computation result is different from a positive or negative sign of the target thrust or the target torque as a computation result.

摘要: A work machine includes a hydraulic pump that is driven by an engine and delivers a pressurized fluid, a hydraulic actuator that is operated by the pressurized fluid delivered by the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic accumulator device that accumulates the pressurized fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator, a differential pressure control valve that is disposed between the hydraulic actuator and the hydraulic accumulator device and generates a differential pressure across the differential pressure control valve between a pressure of the hydraulic actuator and a pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device, a pressure sensor that senses the pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device, and a controller that controls the differential pressure control valve on the basis of a sensing result of the pressure sensor. The controller controls the differential pressure control valve in such a manner that the differential pressure across the differential pressure control valve reduces according to a rise in the pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device sensed by the pressure sensor.
