摘要: A work machine includes: a hydraulic actuator that is driven by a hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump; an open-center directional control valve that is arranged on a center bypass line, and controls a flow of the hydraulic fluid to be supplied to the hydraulic actuator; a CB cut valve arranged between a directional control valve and a hydraulic working fluid tank on the center bypass line; and a machine controller that controls an opening of the CB cut valve. The machine controller restricts the opening of the CB cut valve when operation on the hydraulic actuator is in a fine operation state in which the operation on the hydraulic actuator is within a predetermined range representing a region of fine operation, and the fine operation state is continued longer than a predetermined period, and fully opens the CB cut valve otherwise.

摘要: A first torque control proportional electromagnetic valve (37) is connected through a first torque control line (41) to a third pressure receiving chamber (32D) in a first torque control regulator (32). A second torque control proportional electromagnetic valve (38) is connected through a second torque control line (42) to a third pressure receiving chamber (35D) in a second torque control regulator (35). The first and second torque control proportional electromagnetic valves (37, 38) are controlled by a controller 47. A switching valve (48) is provided between the first torque control line (41) and the second torque control line (42). The switching valve (48) supplies an output pressure of the first torque control proportional electromagnetic valve (37) to the third pressure receiving chamber (35D) in the second torque control regulator (35) at the time of driving hydraulic motors (2B, 2C) for left side and right side traveling.

摘要: Provided is a work machine hydraulic control system capable of detecting abnormality in a pump output power switching device independently of the abnormality state of the pump output power switching device. A hydraulic control system of a hydraulic excavator is equipped with an accumulator 21 connected to a hydraulic line 25A between a pilot pump 17 and a pilot valve 20, an unloading valve 27 that is a pump output power switching device, a pressure sensor 29 detecting the pressure of the hydraulic fluid supplied to the pilot valve 20, and a controller 30 having a pump output power control section 31 switching the unloading valve 27 in accordance with the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 29. The controller 30 further has an abnormality determination section 32 that computes a command continuation time in a state in which a command output to the unloading valve 27 is not changed. In the case where this command continuation time is not less than a predetermined value, it determines that the unloading valve 27 is abnormal, and outputs the determination result.

摘要: In a control device for construction machinery, a system operating point calculation unit calculates a plurality of combinations of engine rotational speed and engine torque with which demanded power of an engine can be generated; and calculates system efficiency in each of the combinations according to discharge pressure of a hydraulic. A rotational speed calculation unit calculates target rotational speed of the engine as the engine rotational speed in one of the combinations of the engine rotational speed, the engine torque and the system efficiency calculated by the system operating point calculation unit that includes desired system efficiency. A displacement calculation unit calculates target displacement of the hydraulic pump based on the target rotational speed calculated by the rotational speed calculation unit and demanded flow rate of the hydraulic pump. With this control device, the engine and the hydraulic pump can be controlled at an efficient operating point.

摘要: The present invention provides a construction machine equipped with a pressure accumulation device that accumulates return oil from an actuator, and that can implement both improvement in fuel efficiency with enhancement in workability. To achieve the foregoing, a controller sets an actuator upper limit output power that is an upper limit for an output power of the actuator according to a work mode selected by a work mode selection device, and controls a first control valve and a second control valve such that a sum of an output power of a hydraulic pump and an output power of the pressure accumulation device does not exceed the actuator upper limit output power.

摘要: A work machine includes a hydraulic pump that is driven by an engine and delivers a pressurized fluid, a hydraulic actuator that is operated by the pressurized fluid delivered by the hydraulic pump, a hydraulic accumulator device that accumulates the pressurized fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator, a differential pressure control valve that is disposed between the hydraulic actuator and the hydraulic accumulator device and generates a differential pressure across the differential pressure control valve between a pressure of the hydraulic actuator and a pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device, a pressure sensor that senses the pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device, and a controller that controls the differential pressure control valve on the basis of a sensing result of the pressure sensor. The controller controls the differential pressure control valve in such a manner that the differential pressure across the differential pressure control valve reduces according to a rise in the pressure of the hydraulic accumulator device sensed by the pressure sensor.
