摘要： A pH adjusting system includes a water pit for refueling 35 that is disposed in a reactor container 10, which stores a reactor, and is capable of storing cooling water and a pH adjusting apparatus 37 that is disposed above the water pit for refueling 35 and houses a pH adjuster. The pH adjusting apparatus 37 causes a pH-adjusted solution generated by dissolving or mixing the pH adjuster to flow out to the water pit for refueling 35 below the pH adjusting apparatus 37. Consequently, even when it is difficult to dispose the pH adjusting apparatus on a floor of the water pit for refueling, it is possible to suitably perform pH adjustment in the reactor container 10.

Thus, there is provided a multiplate clutch outer part for which press working capable of minimizing ironing resistance can be performed to reduce defective forming rate.

Plural representative colors are set, and angle indices and distance indices are calculated for each pixel color in the color image in a predetermined color space. The angle indices for a particular pixel color represent angles between an individual color vector representing the particular pixel color and plural representative color vectors of the plural representative colors. The distance indices for a particular pixel color represent distances between the particular pixel color and the plural representative colors. Composite distance indices are then calculated for each pixel color in the color image, based on the distance indices and the angle indices. Each pixel in the color image is classified into plural representative color regions associated with the plural representative colors according to the composite distance indices, thereby dividing the image region of the color image into the plural representative color regions.

摘要： In a motor, a shaft passes through a magnet of a rotor and is fixed to the magnet by way of a rotor sleeve formed by resin-molding between the magnet and the shaft. A resin-molded boss is fixed to a front end of a stator, has a center hole, and defines an inner surface continuous from the center hole and beveled so as to obliquely face a front end of the rotor sleeve. A plurality of bearing balls are rotatably disposed between the front end of the rotor sleeve and the beveled inner surface of the boss, thereby constituting a ball bearing which rotatably supports the shaft. Thus, the shaft is prevented from bowing, whereby the motor achieves a high rotational accuracy of the shaft without an additional bearing attached separately.

By setting respective different defect detection sensitivities for the wire area and the other area on the basis of the wire image and detecting a defect in an inspection image in accordance with the defect detection sensitivities, it is possible to appropriately detect a defect in a pattern on a substrate.
