A process of manufacturing the waterproof zipper is also provided, including the steps of: (a) guiding the waterproof layer to a position above the two halves on a continuous flow production line, each half having a half tape member and a row of protruding teeth along an inner edge of the half tape member; (b) coating a waterproof layer on a releasing layer; (c) drying both the waterproof layer and the releasing layer in an oven.

摘要： A method of fabricating a contiguous microlens array is disclosed. First, an array of photoresist patterns is formed, wherein each photoresist pattern has a substantially circular or polygonal shape in a top view and neighboring photoresist patterns are connected with each other or close to each other. Then a reflow step is performed to heat the photoresist patterns thereby rounding a surface of each photoresist pattern and connecting the neighboring photoresist patterns that are close to each other. Finally, a fixing step is performed to fix a shape of each photoresist pattern. The shape of the curved surface of a microlens in the microlens array is selectively adjusted according to its position in the array and the incident angle of light incident thereto.

摘要： A new method is provided to align overlying layers for wafer stepper tools that are use for the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. A reference stepper and a reference mask are used, the mask contains a pattern of reference alignment marks that are created using this mask in a reference first surface on a substrate. A matching stepper that must be calibrated against the reference stepper is then used to create, using the reference mask, alignment marks in a second surface on a substrate. The alignment error between the reference alignment marks and the alignment marks that have been created in the second surface are measured and used as input to software modeling programs that provide numerical data indicating the corrections that must be applied to the matching stepper in order to adjust the alignment of the matching stepper to the alignment of the reference stepper.

摘要： The present invention provides a keyboard comprising a cover plate, a base plate, a metal support, and a thin layer membrane. The cover plate comprises a plurality of supporting structures with a plurality of key caps installed on top and is movable in an up-down vertical direction. The thin layer membrane installed below the cover plate comprises a plurality of switches with each switch underlying a key cap for detecting the operation of the plurality of key caps. The metal support installed under the thin layer membrane strengthens the structure of the keyboard. The base plate is installed under the metal support and comprises a plurality of protruding columns of varying heights to accommodate different metal supports of varying thickness. By supporting the metal support of a specific thickness, the protruding columns of corresponding height help to maintain the thin layer membrane at the specified height between the cover plate and the base plate.

摘要： A voltage limiting test system used to test limit voltage values of a memory includes a voltage limiting test device and an assistant test device connected to the voltage limiting test device. The voltage limiting test device includes a button to adjust a voltage of the memory. The assistant test device includes a first timer, and first and second relays. The first relay is used to receive a state signal of the motherboard, to determine whether the first timer is powered according to the state signal. The second relay is used to receive the pulse signal output by the first timer when the first timer is powered, to trigger the button to adjust the voltage of the memory per a reference time. When the motherboard stops working, the voltage value of the memory is a limit voltage value of the memory.
