There is provided with a portable communication device which can perform proximity contactless communication without reducing a distance capable of performing the proximity contactless communication thereby to improve convenience and prevent degradation of the characteristics of the proximity contactless communication.In a mobile communication device 1 with a proximity contactless communication function, antennas 14A to 14C for performing the proximity contactless communication with an external proximity contactless communication device 2 are provided on the plural surfaces of the casing 10 of the mobile communication device 1. Each of the antennas 14A to 14C has one or more loops and the antennas 14A to 14C are coupled in series.
Abstract:
A clustered superscalar processor for reducing the miss rate of a register cache and reducing the possibility of miss penalties. The processor checks before storing an instruction in an instruction window whether there is a data dependency relationship between the instruction that will be stored in the instruction window and a previous instruction stored in the instruction window. When there is a data dependency relationship, the execution result of the previous instruction of one cluster is communicated to a register cache of another cluster that executes the instruction having a data dependency relationship with the previous instruction.

An object of the invention is, in a mobile communication apparatus allowing to perform a transmission/reception simultaneous operation, and in a case that transmission/reception is performed by packet communication or the like, to improve reception sensitivity at a timing when only a reception processing is performed and to improve transmission distortion characteristics at a timing when only a transmission processing is performed. In the mobile communication apparatus of the invention, an antenna switching unit (16) is connected to an antenna (11). The antenna switching unit (16) includes switches (21), (22), (23) and (24), and in a case that a transmission/reception simultaneous operation is performed by packet communication or the like, a transmission side filter (12) and a reception side filter (14) constituting an antenna switching unit are connected to the antenna (11). At a timing when there is no transmission signal, a transmission system is disconnected from the antenna (11) by the switches (21) and (23), and the degradation of the reception sensitivity is prevented. Besides, at a timing when there is no reception signal, a reception system is disconnected from the antenna (11) by the switch (22), and the degradation of the transmission distortion characteristics is prevented.

An object of the present invention is to obtain a charged particle beam apparatus that includes a simplified sample positioning mechanism used with an electrostatic chuck, allow the sample to be released easily when residual attraction occurs, and enable observation throughout an entire area on an outer peripheral portion of the sample. To attain the object, the present invention provides a charged particle beam apparatus including, in a sample holding system for holding a sample, an outer peripheral part for holding the sample at the outer peripheral portion on a backside of the sample and raising and lowering the sample; a drive portion for raising and lowering the outer peripheral part; an electrostatic chuck for attracting the backside of the sample; and a part for correcting an electric field that is of substantially the same height as the peripheral portion of the sample when the sample is attracted onto the electrostatic chuck.

In a microprocessor for pipeline processing instruction execution, dependency relationship information representing a dependency relationship of each of a plurality of instructions with all the preceding instructions is stored, and whether or not the instructions in stages after instruction issue depend on the instruction of a miss speculation is judged based on the dependency relationship information if the miss speculation occurs during the execution of the plurality of instructions in accordance with a set schedule. Thus, this microprocessor can perform a recovery processing for invalidating only the instructions in a dependency relationship at once in the case of a miss speculation in speculative scheduling.
