    摘要: To measure the distance to points on an object by radiating a periodic amplitude-modulated optical signal to the object and detecting the phase difference between the radiated optical signal and a reflected optical signal from the object, a first photo-detection control signal is generated to control the radiation of the optical signal. A mask signal is generated such that the mask signal is activated at least during a shuttering duration for resetting the voltage level at a sensing node (associated with an operation of a previous frame). A second photo-detection control signal is generated based on the first photo-detection signal and the mask signal such that the second photo-detection signal is deactivated or masked at least during the shuttering duration.

    摘要: Disclosed are a czochralski apparatus for growing crystals and a purification method of waste salts using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a czochralski apparatus for growing crystals comprising screw thread for fixing salt crystals mounted on a pulling bar of the apparatus in order to prevent desorption of crystals caused by load thereof during a crystal growing process without requiring alternative seed crystals and, in addition, a method for purification of waste salts, which can isolate impurities from molten waste salts using a czochralski crystal growing process without alternative adsorption medium, does not generate secondary wastes and may continuously purify the waste salts.

    摘要: A reuse apparatus of eutectic salt waste produced in an electro refining process and a method thereof is a technology that in order to collect the eutectic salt of the eutectic salt waste, oxidizes/precipitates nuclides (rare earth and TRU) within the eutectic salt waste, an oxygen dispersing method is used to perform a layer separation into the eutectic salt layer and the precipitate layer. Then, the precipitate layer and eutectic salt layer are separated and collected, so that the eutectic salt layer is directly reused and the eutectic salt within the precipitates is reused by separating and collecting it using distillation/condensation processes. The reuse apparatus of the eutectic salt waste and a method thereof thereby increases the collecting efficiency of the eutectic salt and allows the compositions of the collected eutectic salt to have the same compositions as the eutectic salt used in the electro refining process.

    摘要: A casting apparatus includes a hermetically sealed chamber, wherein the chamber includes: a melt-heating portion to melt external uranium deposits, the melt-heating portion being tiltable to allow the resulting liquid molten material to be discharged to the outside, an ingot-forming portion to receive the molten material discharged from the melt-heating portion and to cool-solidify the molten material, and a salt-capturing portion provided on the melt-heating portion, to solidify a salt gas produced when the uranium deposits are molten, and thereby recover the salt gas, wherein the ingot-forming portion includes: a horizontal turn-table rotated by an operating means, and a plurality of molds mounted on the edge of the turn-table, each containing the molten material, which is then cooled.
