    摘要: The invention relates to a magnetic bearing control device and the use of a three-phase converter for controlling a magnetic bearing. According to the invention, a three-phase converter (70) is used for controlling a magnetic bearing (10, 66, 68), all three phase currents (40, 42, 44) of the converter (70) being used for controlling the magnetic bearing (10, 66, 68). A first solenoid of a couple of solenoids (10) of the magnetic bearing (10, 66, 68) is connected to a first (U) and a third (W) phase current output of the converter (70) while a second solenoid of the couple of solenoids (10) is connected to the first (U) and a second (V) phase current output of the converter such that the couple of solenoids (10) can be differently controlled by means of said one converter (70). The converter (70) can also be connected to magnetic bearings that already have a bias winding, which is advantageous for retrofitting such existing magnetic bearings, for example.

    摘要: A low-wear sensor with little structural outlay to detect a combined linear and rotational movement, such as in a print roller (10). In one embodiment, a PLCD (Permanent Magnetic Linear contactless Displacement) sensor includes a magnet (5) which can be rotated about a longitudinally extended coil (2). A ring magnet is particularly suitable for this. The linear position of the ring magnet can be determined independently of its rotational movement (7) by means of the voltage induced in coils (3,4). Detection of the linear position is contactless and thus wear-free.

    摘要: In a method for operating a three-phase inverter of a converter-fed magnetic bearing, two coils are connected to respective outputs of the three-phase inverter at one end and are connected to each other and to a third output of the three-phase inverter at the other end. A variable control current is injected into the third output. A constant bias current flows between the respective outputs and thus serially through the two coils. The control current is divided among the two respective outputs so as to flow parallel through the two coils. This arrangement significantly reduces the effective current load of the three-phase inverter and significantly increases the slew rate of the control current.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining the angular position (theta) of a rotor (2) pertaining to an electric motor (1) and comprising a number of pairs of poles. Said method consists of the following steps: a pulse pattern (PM1,PM2,PM3) with a pulse duration (T) flows through at least one stator coil (7) of the electric motor (1), such that the rotor (2) does not rotate by more than 90 DEG, divided between the number of pairs of poles, during the pulse duration (T); the angular acceleration (alpha) of the rotor (2), caused by the pulse pattern flowing through the at least one stator coil, (7) is detected; and the angular position (theta) of the rotor (2) is determined by means of the correlation between the flow through the stator coil (7) and the angular acceleration (alpha) of the rotor (2).

The learning model compares the currently generated data with the normalized data and finds deviations. The learning model scales the deviations between the currently generated data and the normalized data, and the learning model communicates presence of an anomaly for the currently produced workpiece/product.

    摘要: A drive system for an electric motor includes a connection for a battery, and an inverter having an input side connected to an intermediate circuit and an output side having a connection for an electric motor. The intermediate circuit includes a first thyristor connected in parallel with an intermediate circuit capacitance. The drive system may also include a rectifier having an input side connected at the output side of the inverter in parallel with the electric motor, and a second thyristor connected an output side of the rectifier. The first/second thyristor are configured to be activated by a monitor incorporated in or assigned to the drive system. In the event of a malfunction, the input and/or output side of the inverter can be electrically isolated to allow a multiply redundant armature short circuit.
