Abstract: A motor control device is provided with: an electric motor which drives an applying mechanism for applying torque to the wheels of a vehicle, and has three coils; a drive circuit that supplies current individually to the three coils; and a controller that controls the drive circuit on the basis of the operation amount of an operating member of the vehicle, and adjusts the output of the electric motor. When the vehicle is stopped, the controller executes swing control to periodically increase or decrease the rotary motion of the electric motor, even if the constant state of the operation amount is continued after the operation amount is constant, and the power generated by the applying mechanism and the power received by the applying mechanism are equalized and the rotary motion of the electric motor has stopped.

Abstract: First pulse width modulation control is a control of generating a first pulse width modulation signal for a plurality of switching elements by comparison of modulated waves of voltage commands in phases based on a torque command for a motor with a carrier voltage, and performing switching of the plurality of switching elements. Second pulse width modulation control is a control of generating a second pulse width modulation signal for the plurality of switching elements based on a modulation factor of a voltage and a voltage phase based on the torque command and the number of pulses per unit period of an electrical angle of the motor, and performing switching of the plurality of switching elements. An electronic control unit is configured to switch the plurality of switching elements between the first pulse width modulation control and the second pulse width modulation control at irregular time intervals.

Abstract: A control device for an electric vehicle including a traveling motor which is configured to transmit a driving force to driving wheels, includes: a control unit having a suppression mode function for suppressing a traveling state amount of the vehicle when an abnormality occurs in an electrically driven system of the vehicle. The suppression mode function includes a first suppression state and a second suppression state, and a suppression degree in the second suppression state is smaller than a suppression degree in the first suppression state. In accordance with a kind of the abnormality in the electrically driven system, the control unit is configured to cause the vehicle to be in the first suppression state or is configured to cause the vehicle to be in the first suppression state after causing the vehicle to be in the second suppression state.

Abstract: A method is provided for providing a heat mode for an exhaust gas after treatment device in a vehicle, such as for regenerating an exhaust gas particulate filter in the exhaust gas after treatment device, the vehicle including an internal combustion engine, an electric machine, a transmission, and a clutch connecting the internal combustion engine to the transmission and driving wheels. The method includes the steps of establishing that a heat mode for the exhaust gas after treatment device, especially that regeneration of the exhaust gas particulate filter, is demanded, establishing that driving of the vehicle is demanded, and during a period when the clutch is at least partially decoupling the transmission, providing at least a predominant part of a required driving torque to the driving wheels by the internal combustion engine, such that exhaust gases from the internal combustion engine are heating the exhaust gas after treatment device, and especially the exhaust gas after treatment device, preferably heating the exhaust gas particulate filter for regeneration thereof. The present disclosure also relates to a vehicle, a computer program, a computer readable medium and a control unit.
