The invention is characterised in that the binding agent comprises at least one fluorinated polymer which is insoluble in the binding agent solution. The invention also relates to a corrosion protection agent which is produced using the binding agent and a weldable corrosion protection agent, in addition to a workpiece which is coated with the inventive corrosion protection agent.
