Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for desalting aqueous suspensions containing an organic diazonium compound and electrolytes containing Na ions, in which the aqueous suspension is passed through a semipermeable membrane.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a brake disk having a face-end friction ring portion on which a brake disk cam provided with a cam bore is molded. In order to further develop the brake disk in such a manner that adequate safeties with respect to the permissible material values on brake disks for high-energy application cases are provided and material stresses in the region of the brake disk cam of the brake disk, which are caused through temperature differentials within the brake disk as a consequence of high braking energy inputs, are reduced, the brake disk cam includes two arm parts which extend spaced from each other from the face-end friction ring portion in the direction of the cam bore and converge in front of the cam bore.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for the production of guanidinium salts of aliphatic mercaptosulphonic acids by reacting S-isothiuronium betains with gaseous ammonia in an inert organic solvent.
Abstract:
An electric capacitor particularly for use as a high frequency power capacitor, and provided with liquid cooling, the capacitor having separated metal layers as its plates and the metal layers being separated by a densely sintered ceramic dielectric body, one embodiment of which is generally pot-shaped. Heat generated in the capacitor is dissipated by cooling liquid which is directed by a jacket surrounding that one metal layer to pass over the metal layer and dissipate the heat. The metal layer is comprised of a silver frit. To avoid the metal layer being eroded by the cooling liquid, a layer of glaze, which is resistant to the cooling liquid and whose coefficient of expansion is similar to that of the dielectric body covers over the metal layer in contact with the cooling liquid.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a densely sintered ceramic dielectric with a loss factor less than or equal to 1.times.10.sup.-3 and a substantially linear temperature dependence of the capacitance based on TiO.sub.2 and/or ZrO.sub.2, and/or the compounds of TiO.sub.2, ZrO, Nb.sub.2 O.sub.5 and/or Ta.sub.2 O.sub.5 with oxides of the alkali metals, alkaline earth metals or rare earth metals in the form generally used for the production of ceramic dielectrics.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for processing piezoelectric bodies to have a permanent polarization for use as electroacoustic transducers or the like are described. During the application of a constant polarizing electric field to a piezoelectric body, the surfaces of the body, which for example, might be in the shape of a disc, have applied thereto a surface pressure. A clamping device having smooth surfaces is used for this purpose.
Abstract:
A charge-air hose assembly includes a charge-air hose (2) for connecting to a pipe stub (4). The charge-air hose (2), in the assembled position, is pushed into the pipe stub (4) in such a way that overpressure occurring in the charge-air hose (2) presses the charge-air hose (2) radially outward against the radial inner wall (6) of the pipe stub (4). The charge-air hose (2) is assigned a latching device which, during the insertion of the charge-air hose (2) into the pipe stub (4), latches with the pipe stub (4) so as to axially fix the charge-air hose (2) to the pipe stub (4) in a predetermined axial position of the charge-air hose (2) relative to the pipe stub (4).
