    摘要: The connection between the terminals of three-phase electric parts used in a matrix converter is simplified to thereby reduce the inductance between conductors. An AC capacitor and an IGBT are disposed such that the linearly arranged terminals of the AC capacitor and the linearly arranged input terminals of the IGBT are parallel to each other, and also that the three terminals of the AC capacitor and the three input terminals of the IGBT are situated close to each other. A bus bar is formed as a laminate bus bar which can be provided by laminating three plate-shaped bus bars on top of each other. In the respective plate-shaped bus bars, there are provided internal terminals for connecting together the mutually adjoining ones of the three-portion terminals of the AC capacitor and the three-portion input terminals of the IGBT, and the mutually adjoining terminals are connected together through the internal terminals.

As switching patterns, within the intervals of short time, a first terminal of output side terminals outputs in order a maximum potential phase P, an intermediate potential phase M and the maximum potential phase N, a second terminal of the output side terminals outputs in order the maximum potential phase P, the intermediate potential phase M, a minimum potential phase N, the intermediate potential phase M and the maximum potential phase P, and a third terminal of the output side terminals outputs in order the intermediate potential phase M, the minimum potential phase N and the intermediate potential phase M.

    摘要: There is provided a matrix converter apparatus including both functions of outputting a step up voltage and outputting a step down voltage. In a matrix converter apparatus for directly connecting respective phases of a three phase alternating current power source (1) and respective phases of an output side by a bidirectional switch constituted by IGBT transistors or the like connected reversely in parallel therewith, controlling to output an alternating current power source voltage by a PWM control based on an output voltage instruction, and outputting an arbitrary direct current or alternating current voltage, respective reactors (61), (62), (63) inserted to be connected between the respective phases of the polyphase alternating current power source 1 and the bidirectional switches are included, and by controlling to ON/OFF the bidirectional switches, terminals of two or more of the reactors on a side of the bidirectional switch are shortcircuited, and thereafter opened to thereby step up an output voltage of the matrix converter apparatus. Further, when the terminals are switched from being shortcircuited to being opened, conduction paths of currents flowing in the respective reactors which have been shortcircuited are ensured by controlling to ON/OFF the bidirectional switch group (5) and a capacitor group (7).
