摘要: An isolator capable of having a culture apparatus demountably mounted thereto, the isolator includes: a working chamber; a storage chamber; a first opening configured to allow a culture chamber of the culture apparatus and the working chamber to communicate with each other, when the culture apparatus has been mounted; a second opening configured to allow the working chamber and the storage chamber to communicate with each other; a first door configured to close the second opening so as to hermetically seal the storage chamber; and a temperature adjusting device configured to, when culture taken out of the culture chamber has been stored in the storage chamber, and the storage chamber has been hermetically sealed, and thereafter the culture apparatus has been demounted, adjust temperature of the culture stored in the storage chamber.

摘要: There is provided a culture apparatus which is capable of shortening a sterilization time and sterilizing the culture apparatus including a gas concentration measuring sensor, pipes connected to a gas concentration measuring device and every corner of a cultivating chamber. The culture apparatus includes a sterilizing gas generator 42 that supplies sterilizing gas into a cultivating chamber 4. The sterilizing gas generator 42 atomizes a sterilizer solution (oxygenated water) by means of an ultrasonic vibrator 46. The culture apparatus further includes an ultraviolet generator (ultraviolet lamp 50) that irradiates gas in the cultivating chamber 4 with an ultraviolet ray. The culture apparatus further includes a door (outer door 14) for blocking an opening of the cultivating chamber 4 in a free-opening/closing manner and a locking device 52 for prohibiting the door (outer door 14) from being opened. The culture apparatus further includes a controller 60 for controlling the locking device 52 to prevent the door (outer door 14) from being opened from start of the sterilization process to end of the decomposition process.

摘要: A rack device is provided in which a receiver can be prevented from being separated off from a rack post and an incubator having the rack device is also provided. A rack device 1 in which a receiver 11 is mounted between a pair of rack posts 8 and 9 to hold a rack on the receiver 11 includes a pair of engaging hooks 11C and 11D which are formed in the receiver and a plurality of engaging holes 14 and 18 which are formed in both the rack posts and in which both of the engaging hooks of the receiver disengageably engage, respectively. The rack posts are configured to be able to change an interval therebetween and select a first state in which the engaging hooks can be disengaged from the engaging holes and a second state in which the movement of the receiver is restricted while the engaging hooks be kept to engage in the engaging holes by changing the interval between the rack posts.

摘要: An incubation apparatus is provided to incubate culture targets such as cells, embryos or microorganisms in an incubation chamber. The incubation apparatus is capable of inexpensively, highly accurately and automatically calibrating a gas concentration sensor. The incubation apparatus includes a gas concentration sensor 42 which detects a gas concentration in the incubation chamber 4, control means (controller 70) for controlling the supply of a gas into the incubation chamber on the basis of an output of the gas concentration sensor 42, and standard gas supply means for supplying the gas concentration sensor 42 with a standard gas which has been previously adjusted to an actually used gas concentration or a gas concentration close thereto. The control means (controller 70) maintains the concentration of the standard gas, supplies the standard gas to the gas concentration sensor 42 by the standard gas supply means, and on the basis of an output of the gas concentration sensor 42 and the concentration of the standard gas at the moment, calibrates the actually used gas concentration of the gas concentration sensor 42.
