摘要: A strobe light which emits light by supplying a flash discharge tube with the electric charge stored in a main capacitor uses an aluminum-electrolytic capacitor having a dissipation factor (tan.delta.) of 0.03 or lower, and has voltage controlling means for setting the charge completion voltage of the aluminum-electrolytic capacitor at a predetermined value within 265.+-.35 V.

摘要: In a strobo apparatus comprisinga power source part (A) containing a low voltage battery and a DC-DC converter circuit,a flashing part (B) containing a main capacitor and being separably connected with the power source part, and also hasa detecting means for detecting the said separation of the flashing part. By utilizing the output of the detecting means, the operation of the DC-DC converter circuit is compulsorily stopped, accordingly, waste of battery is eliminated and unnecessary high insulation against useless high tension during the separation of two parts can be dispensed with.

摘要: An automatic photographic flash device wherein the amount of light of the flash tube is automatically controlled in response to intensity of light from the direction of the photographic object by means of an electric circuit A flash tube part is movably installed on a main case part containing a battery and the circuit A switch is installed in the device in such a manner that when the flash tube part is moved to a position not directed at the photographic object, the switch causes the circuit to appropriately increase the amount of light discharged by the flash tube when it is actuated.

摘要: A printed circuit board includes a wiring pattern formed on an insulating board according to a predetermined electric circuit, and a cover member covering a portion of the wiring pattern used as a contact, the cover member being formed of an electrically conductive and non-solderable material. Due to the presence of the covering member, the wiring pattern portion is not covered with solder when the printed circuit board is subjected to dip soldering to attach various electric components to the printed circuit board. Since the covering member is electrically conductive, the wiring pattern portion can readily be used as a contact when the dip soldering is completed.
