摘要: A process for preparing detergent particles containing step (I): mixing a base particle for supporting a surfactant ((a) component), and a surfactant composition ((b) component), under mixing conditions wherein the (a) component does not substantially undergo breakdown, to give a mixture; wherein the base particle is obtained by spray-drying an aqueous slurry, wherein the mixing operation is carried out by using a mixer containing agitation impellers, and where the mixer further contains disintegration impellers, the mixing operation step (I) is carried out without substantially rotating the disintegration impellers; and step (II): mixing the mixture obtained in step (I) with 5 to 100 parts by weight of fine powder, while substantially maintaining the shape of the (a) component containing (b) component, to give detergent particles, having a degree of particle growth of 1.3 or less, and a bulk density of 500 g/L or more.

摘要: The present invention relates to particles for supporting a surfactant and a process for preparing the same. Further, the present invention relates to high-density detergent particles using the particles for supporting a surfactant, and a process for preparing the same. According to the present invention, there can be obtained particles for supporting a surfactant which are excellent in the supporting ability (supporting capacity/supporting strength) for the liquid surfactant composition, and particles for supporting a surfactant which are excellent in the absorption properties (supporting rate) for the liquid surfactant composition, by spray-drying a preparation liquid obtainable by a process comprising the steps of preparing a first preparation liquid comprising a solution or slurry comprising a water-soluble polymer and a water-soluble salt; and subjecting the first preparation liquid to a treatment of increasing a number of water-soluble salt particles, thereby preparing a second preparation liquid having an increased number of water-soluble salt particles, as compared to the number of water-soluble salt particles which are present in the first preparation liquid. Further, since the liquid surfactant composition is supported by the particles for supporting a surfactant, detergent particles which are excellent in detergent performance, quality and the like can be efficiently obtained.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing uni-core detergent particles having a degree of particle growth of 1.5 or less and a bulk density of 500 g/L or more, comprising the steps of (A-I) mixing base particles for supporting a surfactant which have an average particle size of from 150 to 500 &mgr;m and a bulk density of 400 g/L or more [Component (a)] with a surfactant composition [Component (c)]; (A-II) mixing a mixture obtained in Step (A-I) with a powdery builder [Component (b)] of which primary average particle size is from 3 to 30 &mgr;m; and (A-III) mixing a mixture obtained in Step (A-II) with a fine powder [Component (d)] of which primary average particle size is smaller than that of Component (b). By using the process of the present invention, the uni-core detergent particles which are excellent in the dissolubility and the flowability properties can be prepared.

摘要: The present invention relates to particles for supporting a surfactant and a process for preparing the same. Further, the present invention relates to high-density detergent particles using the particles for supporting a surfactant, and a process for preparing the same. 摘要: A solid-shaped detergent comprising particles for detergent, wherein the particles have a dissolution rate of 90% or more, under conditions where the particles are supplied in water at 5° C.; stirred for 60 seconds under the stirring conditions that 1 g of the particles are supplied to a 1-L beaker having an inner diameter of 105 mm which is charged with 1 L of hard, water having 71.2 mg CaCO3/L, wherein a molar ratio of Ca/Mg is 7/3, and stirred with a stirring bar of 35 mm in length and 8 mm in diameter at a rotational speed of 800 rpm; and filtered with a standard sieve having a sieve-opening of 74 &mgr;m as defined by JIS Z 8801, wherein the dissolution rate of the particles is calculated by the Equation (1): Dissolution Rate (%)=[1−(T/S)]×100 (1), wherein S is a weight (g) of the particles supplied; and T is a dry weight (g) of insoluble remnants of the particles remaining on the sieve when an aqueous solution prepared under the above stirring conditions is filtered with the sieve.

摘要: The surfactant composition of the present invention is a surfactant composition which is capable of being formulated for use in a non-liquid detergent composition, the surfactant composition comprising a) a nonionic surfactant having a melting point of 30° C. or less; b) an anionic surfactant having sulfonate group; and c) an immobilization agent for a) component, wherein b) component is formulated in an amount of from 0 to 300 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of a) component, and wherein c) component is formulated in an amount of from 1 to 100 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of a) component, and wherein the surfactant composition has (1) a temperature range that a viscosity of the composition is 10 Pa·s or less at a temperature equal to or higher than a pour point of the surfactant composition; and (2) a temperature range that a penetrating hardness of the composition is 100 g/cm2 or more in a temperature range between a temperature lower than the pour point of the surfactant composition and a temperature higher than the melting point of a) component.
