摘要： Provided is an analog front end of a digital TV, a digital TV system having the same, and a method of operating the same. The analog front end includes: a first selection circuit which selectively outputs differential sound intermediate frequency signals or differential TV broadcast signals in response to a first selection signal; a second selection circuit which outputs a clock signal among a plurality of clock signals having a different sampling frequencies, in response to a second selection signal; and an analog-to-digital converter which converts output signals output from the first selection circuit to a digital code, according to a sampling frequency of a clock signal output from the second selection circuit.

摘要： An apparatus and method for managing application context is provided. A first one of a plurality of terminals, each including at least one application, collects and transmits context information of the application to a migration server so that it is stored and managed in the migration server. The migration server transmits the stored and managed context information to a second terminal corresponding to the first terminal in response to a request of the second terminal. The second terminal restores context based on the context information received from the migration server. This can reproduce the same application and desktop environments as those previously set to be suitable for each work situation, thereby increasing user convenience.

Further, the edge peer device includes a first PAN device management unit for requesting and receiving a list of PAN devices from the PAN gateway device to manage the PAN device list; a first PAN service management unit for managing and providing services included in the PAN device list; and a first P2P communication unit for performing P2P communication with the super peer device and other peer devices.

摘要： An apparatus for multicasting contents between devices in different networks includes: a home-to-home multicast control device for finding the devices in the networks, downloading contents from a device in a network to which the home-to-home multicast control device belongs, processing the contents to generate file blocks, each file block having chunk files, and multicasting the processed contents to the devices in the networks; and at least one home-to-home multicast bridge device for receiving the contents transmitted from the home-to-home multicast control device and streaming the contents to one or more devices in a network to which the home-to-home multicast bridge device belongs. The apparatus further includes a multicast relay device for relaying the contents between the home-to-home multicast control device and the home-to-home multicast bridge device.

The automatic work data migration apparatus searches the storage location information of the user work data if it is detected that the user accesses the work device. The automatic work data migration apparatus connected to the work device accessed by the user receives the user work data related to a work executed in the previous work device.

摘要： An apparatus and method for managing application context is provided. A first one of a plurality of terminals, each including at least one application, collects and transmits context information of the application to a migration server so that it is stored and managed in the migration server. The migration server transmits the stored and managed context information to a second terminal corresponding to the first terminal in response to a request of the second terminal. The second terminal restores context based on the context information received from the migration server. This can reproduce the same application and desktop environments as those previously set to be suitable for each work situation, thereby increasing user convenience.

摘要： An extended home service apparatus and a method of provided an extended home service capable of easily developing an application service based on a peer-to-peer (P2P) network are provided. The extended home service apparatus for providing an extended home service to a user in a P2P network in which a plurality of peer terminals provided with the extended home service apparatuses are connected to each other via a virtual home network, the extended home service apparatus comprising: a middleware which manages a protocol for communication with other peer terminals and providing the extended home service on the P2P network; a peer/peer group management service module which manages information on the peers and information on peer groups by using the protocol managed by the middleware and communicates with other peer terminals activated on the P2P network; a basic service module which generates and manages information on services which are to be provided to the user; and an application service module which provides an interface to the user and the other peer terminals by using the protocol managed by the middleware, calls a service requested by the user from the basic service module, and provides the service to the user. Accordingly, users can be rapidly provided with various contents and services anytime, anywhere via a virtual home network.

In order to participate electronic apparatuses having no built-in P2P middleware in a P2P infrastructure, the P2P proxy server includes: a proxy data communication unit acquiring a reception message transmitted through the P2P infrastructure or transmitting a transmission message to the P24P infrastructure; a legacy apparatus state management unit generating a message for advertising contents stored in the legacy apparatuses and, if the reception message is a message for requesting for sharing specific contents, generating a message for sharing the specific contents; a message management unit parsing the reception message acquired through the proxy data communication unit to transmit the reception message to the legacy apparatus state management unit or inversely parsing the message generated by the legacy apparatus state management unit to generate the transmission message and transmitting the transmission message to the proxy data communication unit; and a legacy apparatus driver connecting to the legacy apparatuses and supporting data communication between the legacy apparatuses and the legacy apparatus state management unit. Accordingly, a legacy apparatus having no built-in P2P middleware can be used as a contents source providing apparatus in the P2P infrastructure.
