    摘要: The present invention provides a suspension type swing mechanism, which comprises: a fastening base, the circumference thereof is radially pivoted with a supporter, and the bottom thereof is installed with an axial hole; a swing member, the bottom thereof is connected to the top of a hung article, and the swing member is installed with an axially-extended axial tube which passes through the axial hole and penetrates into the fastening base; a transmission device, a motor thereof is fixed at the periphery of the axial hole, an output shaft of the motor is connected to the inner end of a crank set, the outer end of the crank set is provide with a sleeve member sleeved on the axial tube for forming a synchronous motion; and an axial rotation device, which further includes a first rolling mechanism installed between the hung article and the fastening base and a second rolling mechanism installed between the fastening base and the swing member; with the output of the motor, the sleeve member at the output end of the crank set drives the axial tube and the hung article to to-and-fro swing at a pre-determined angle.

    摘要: A suspension type oscillation mechanism includes a frame set, a casing, a crank set, an axial barrel and a fastening rod. The frame set provides an upper frame with a frame hole. The casing secures the frame set. The crank set provides cranks rotationally joining to each other and an end of the initial one of the cranks is connected to an output shaft of a motor eccentrically and the terminal one of the cranks providing a non-circular crank hole. The axial barrel is cylindrical with a size less than the frame hole and the casing hole. A bearing seat is secured to the casing and provides an inner bearing pressed by another end of the axial barrel. The fastening rod set is a screw rod and passes through a suspended article and the axial barrel. An upper end of the screw rod engages with the crank hole with a nut and the lower end thereof engages with the suspended article by way of a rod seat. A collar extends from the top of the suspended article and presses against the bottom of the inner bearing;

    摘要: Disclosed herein are methods of determining the sequence and/or positions of modified bases in a nucleic acid sample present in a circular molecule with a nucleic acid insert of known sequence comprising obtaining sequence data of at least two insert-sample units. In some embodiments, the methods comprise obtaining sequence data using circular pair-locked molecules. In some embodiments, the methods comprise calculating scores of sequences of the nucleic acid inserts by comparing the sequences to the known sequence of the nucleic acid insert, and accepting or rejecting repeats of the sequence of the nucleic acid sample according to the scores of one or both of the sequences of the inserts immediately upstream or downstream of the repeats of the sequence of the nucleic acid sample.
