摘要: The present inventions relates to an apparatus for purifying wastewater and a method thereof, which comprises: a stirring part to make bubbles impregnated into floc through high speed stirring by adding floc forming materials to influent and stirring them; an air supply part to supply air to the stirring part to make more bubbles impregnated; a pumping part to conduct pressurized conveying of the floc included treatment water; a cyclone part to separate high density floc to downstream and treatment water with low density floc to upstream from the pressurized treatment water; and a flotation part to separate floc from the treatment water with floc supplied from the cyclone part. Therefore, the present invention have an effect that it is possible to improve purification speed of wastewater and obtain good quality of purified water.

摘要: A washing machine and a control method thereof in which a tub washing course is safely performed using a sensor to measure vibration of a tub. Since whether or not laundry is present in s drum is sensed while performing the tub washing course, consumption of separate time, water, and energy to sense whether or not laundry is present is not required, and operation of the washing machine is controlled by diagnosing malfunction of the sensor. If plural sensors are installed, a micro-computer is connected to the plural sensors in common through a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) communication method or an Inter Integrated circuit (I2C) communication method, thereby reducing costs and volume of wire-harness.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a washing machine including a balancer, which increases the speed of a rotation tub stepwise in a period in which an excessive vibration of a water tub occurs to pass the excessive vibration period without the vibration, and a method of controlling the same. The method of controlling the washing machine includes increasing the speed of the rotation tub stepwise in the period in which the excessive vibration of the water tub occurs; measuring current of a motor to detect an amount of unbalance while the speed of the rotation tub is increased stepwise; and controlling the speed of the rotation tub based on the detected amount of unbalance.

摘要: A manufacturing method of an array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes forming a switching element in a pixel area on a substrate, wherein the pixel area includes a reflective area and a transmissive area, forming an organic layer on an entire surface of the substrate including the switching element, first exposing the organic layer using a first mask, second exposing the first exposed organic layer using a second mask, developing the first and second exposed organic layer to form a passivation layer having an unevenness pattern in the reflective area, forming a reflector on the passivation layer in the reflective area, and forming a pixel electrode on the reflector in the reflective area and the transmissive area.

摘要: The present invention relates to a dried composition for hot-start PCR, more precisely a dried composition for hot-start PCR with improved stability and long-term storagability which is characteristically prepared by the steps of preparing a reaction mixture by mixing an aqueous solution containing reaction buffer, MgCl2, 4 types of dNTPs, DNA polymerase with pyrophosphate and pyrophosphatase in a reaction tube; and drying the reaction mixture prepared above, a preparation method of the same and a method for amplifying nucleic acid using the same. The dried composition for hot-start PCR is added with pyrophosphate and pyrophosphatase together before drying, so that it can have improved stability and long-term storagability as well as convenience in use, compared with the conventional compositions for hot-start PCR. Therefore, this composition can be effectively used for hot-start PCR, multiplex PCR or real-time quantitative PCR.
