摘要： A constant-velocity joint assembly includes: a first and a second shaft portions respectively provided with a protrusion; a double yoke portion in which a guide hole is formed along an axis direction, the first and the second shaft portions being respectively rotatably connected to both sides of the guide hole with an axis of an upper/lower direction; and a guide portion which is disposed to the guide hole to guide the protrusion and rotates along an inner circumference of the guide hole during rotation of the shaft portions, wherein the first and the second shaft portions respectively comprises: a spider body, a left and a right leg, and an upper and a lower legs; a shaft provided with the protrusion; and a yoke block comprising a block body, and a left and a right connecting member.

摘要： An optical pick-up device includes: a yoke plate having yokes formed at a front side where a magnetic body and a magnetic driving coil are positioned to drive an objective lens; a frame molded to the yoke plate in such a manner that a portion of the rear side of the yoke plate is inserted thereinto; and a PCB with at least two portions fixed to the frame, for applying a drive signal to the magnetic driving unit. Since the frame is press-fit to the yoke plate and the PCB with several portions coated with the adhesive is fixedly attached to the frame, it is not necessary to use an engaging member such as a screw, so that its assembly can be improved and the frame and the PCB can be prevented from being shaken.

摘要： A method for obtaining DNA from fish spermatogonia comprises (i) disrupting fish spermatogonium to obtain a milky-white colloid, (ii) adding an alkaline solution of pH 8 to pH 12, containing more than 1 mol of salts, such as monovalent salts, to the milky-white colloid, to separate DNA from protamines, and then (iii) adding ethanol solution to the resultant mixture, effecting a precipitation of DNA.
