Abstract: A concentric, double hull, damage tolerant airframe vehicle double clad with a lightweight, impact resistant ceramic matrix composite for heat shielding and flame resistance, and fitted with insulation, to provide thermal protection from 35° C. to 1,650° C. of the internal fuselage areas for an extended period of time within an extreme heat environment, that will serve as a semi or fully autonomous vehicle, manned or unmanned, preferably an unmanned aerial vehicle designed as the delivery means to suppress or extinguish flames by repeatedly discharging pressure waves against flames without having to exit the fire environment.

Abstract: A propulsion system for an aerial vehicle having a wing structure operating in a wildfire environment, wherein the wing structure includes a drive extending through a top and a bottom surface of the wing structure and configured to provide a thrust through the top and bottom surface of the wing structure along a vertical axis of the aerial vehicle. The drive may be magnetohydrodynamic drive or an open Nacelle Fan assembly. The drive may be magnetohydrodynamic drive or an open Nacelle Fan assembly The Open Nacelle Propulsion Fan uses a drive mechanism with an induced magnetic field generated by an induction coil housed within the fan assembly open to the ambient environment, a counter-rotating fan assembly including a first fan rotating clockwise, and configured to adjust the pitch of the propulsion fan, thereby enabling the aerial vehicle's thrust to be vectored as determined by the command module.

Abstract: A novel fire control and extinguishing method intended for a Fire Suppression System. This system can be mounted statically, deployed from a vehicle, or incorporated into a complete unmanned vehicle (autonomous or remotely operated) using an electrical system or thermoacoustic means to generate acoustic waves to accomplish fire control and/or fire suppression. This approach eliminates the need for a vehicle to carry chemical flame retardants/extinguishers, or other traditional fire combating means, resulting in an impactful environmental footprint reduction and a marked specific efficiency improvement. The acoustic wave is generated through thermoacoustic or mechanical means using a linear actuator of magnet-and-coil, piezoelectric, or magnetostrictive construction and operating near mechanical, electrical, and acoustic resonance to reduce system power and mass.
